Huffington Post article by Larry Doyle ridicules Santorum and Catholics

Larry Doyle, the enlightened tolerant liberal, wrote a (supposed to be) satire on Rick Santorum and the Catholic church called...

The Jesus-Eating Cult of Rick Santorum

You can read the repulsive sexually explicit rant against Catholics for yourself. I won't post it here.
This passes for journalism? The Huff Huff Huffington Post is a laughable excuse for a news outlet. Even the liberals over there are outraged by this article. From what I have read, many fervent readers of the Huffington Post, and likely Catholic Democrats, are vowing to never read the "news" the site has to offer again. Good. Maybe these liberals have a chance. They can obviously see how their side conducts themselves now.

Thank you Larry Doyle for proving to the rest of the country just what kind of values the left projects! What is truly hilarious about Doyle's criticism of Santorum and the Catholic church? He tries to connect Catholics to NAMBLA, an organization HIS side of politics fights for! He then compares Rick Santorum to a Muslim, another group his side continually strives to fight for.

Laughable.

Blue collar auto workers who vote Democrat

Don't forget..."blue collar". That's code word for, "these people work really really hard and they deserve more money than they make for the company..."

Why does everyone glorify this section of the American workforce? Do they magically work harder than everyone else just because they are a "Detroit auto worker" on the assembly line? The auto workers union is part of the reason Detroit went broke in the first place. Now we have these "hard working" blue Democrats who got bailed out on yours and my tax dollars voicing their adamant allegiance to Barack Obama for saving their jobs. Of course, it doesn't matter that their jobs were saved by taking money from the rest of us.

All the while we have the media and everyone else touting this untouchable group of Americans. Portrayed as the epitome of American hard work, innovation, and everything great about America. Now it is Barack Obama's top political arguing point this election season.

I don't see Detroit autoworkers as untouchable. In fact, I see it the other way. They should be criticized. They and their union milk the taxpayer and their very company dry. Then, my god, what should we do?? Oh, let's take money from other Americans (who make less and do more work) to save our company that makes products no one wants. Now they get $7000 bonuses before GM has even paid back the bailout money. This is insanity. And they have the gall to criticize Republicans like Romney for opposing the bailout? These people are by no means untouchable.

The media constantly puts forth this red, white, and blue image of the 3rd and 4th generation Detroit autoworker (also 3rd and 4th generation Democrat) who is the epitome of hard work and success in America. More like the epitome of laziness. These FACTORY WORKERS make more money than cops, firefighters, paramedics, and teachers--(speaking of other untouchable groups...) But, somehow, some way, they are also poverty stricken, struggling to feed the family every day. Living "paycheck to paycheck". This isn't the case, but more the image the media has created.

If you are a Detroit auto worker reading this I could care less if this offends you. There are millions of other workers out there who do much harder and demanding jobs and make less than half what you make. And I am sick of this iconization of various groups in this country and their placement in the "free from criticism zone."

The "struggling" Detroit autoworker. The "hard working" illegal immigrant. The "courageous" anti-war protester. The "persecuted" Muslim. The "generous" celebrity. The "honest" daytime cable talk show host.

There is no untouchable group of people in this country except for ONE: The "murdered" unborn baby. But they aren't actually people are they?

Recent shooting in Ohio highlights important social issues of our time.

Parents of teen accused of shootings faced charges

The recent tragedy in Chardon, Ohio paints an all too familiar picture. Three students are now dead after high schooler TJ Lane opened fire on fellow students in the high school cafeteria on Monday.

One quote I would like to highlight from the above article.

The father, Thomas Lane Jr., was known to county authorities because of a series of arrests for abusing women in his life, court records show. It's not clear how much contact the father and son had.

This boy came from a broken home. In some ways worse than having no father at all, he grew up with a violent father. And a violent mother adds more icing to the cake.

The bottom line is that the family is and has been deteriorating in this country for quite some time and those who speak up in support of the family are ridiculed in the public square. You don't have to be a Christian or even a person of any faith to understand that a child raised in a broken home will end up with problems.

But between 1995 and 1997, the boy's father and mother, Sara A. Nolan, were each charged with domestic violence against each other.

The father was later charged with assaulting a police officer and served time in prison after trying to suffocate another woman he married several years after his son was born, according to court records.

He held the woman's head under running water and bashed it into a wall, leaving a dent in the drywall, court records show.

TJ Lane was born into a home more dangerous than just a fatherless home. He was born into a home where the (supposed to be) most influential role model in his life was a violent abuser of women. Is it any wonder why the boy who killed his fellow students this week turned out this way?

-On March 21st, 2005 Jeffrey Weise shot and killed 9 people and then shot himself at Red Lake Senior High School in Minnesota. He grew up without his father, to an alcoholic and abusive mother.

-On March 5th, 2001 Charles Andrew Williams shot and killed 2 students at Santana High School in California. He grew up without any contact with his mother.

-On September 29th, 2006 Eric Hainstock entered Weston High School with a revolver and a shotgun and killed school principal John Klang. He grew up with an abusive father and no contact with his mother.

-On February 5th, 1981 Luke Woodham beat his mother to death with a baseball bat before killing 2 more people and injuring 7 with a high powered rifle at Pearl High School in Pearl, Mississippi. He grew up in a verbally abusive home and his father left and never returned when he was 8.

The statistics confirm the correlation between broken homes and violence.

Of course, with all acts of violence there are other factors to take into consideration. Some school shooters are influenced in other ways aside from environment and upbringing, as in the case of Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold. In such cases where family issues are seemingly non existent other things are shockingly consistent. Most are described as "loners". Most are the victims of bullying. And interestingly enough, most are avid fans of hard rock music. In some cases, Satanic cultism plays a role.

Music lyrics, cult influence, and bullying can all play a role here. But no factor is more important than the home. The upbringing of a child is the seed from which the rest of influences stem. And, not surprisingly, in the vast amount of cases, the high school shooter is the same sad story. The product of a broken home.

To ignore these facts of life is an abomination on our part as a nation and as a society. To paint those who bring these truths to the forefront of the debate as radicals is an even worse absurdity. To let the red herring of "gun control" or the regulation of violent images dominate this issue is a travesty. It all begins in the home and that's where people should start.

The United States is an empire?

So says the left and more and more on the center right.

This is news to me. As far as I know, the United States has not forcefully annexed any new territory since the Spanish American War over 100 years ago, and even some of those territories were later granted independence.

In fact, if you take a look at history, you'll find that the "American empire" is one of the most unique stories in thousands of years of human history.

We are the first empire to invade foreign territory and not conscript the native population or force them into servitude.

We are the first empire to invade a foreign territory and facilitate the rebuilding of that territory after the conflict.

We are the first empire to invade a foreign territory, and actually help that territory form a new sovereign government.

We are the first empire to invade a foreign territory and not seize the natural resources that territory has to offer. On the flip side, we are the first empire who refuses to seize natural resources on our own territory.

We are also the first empire to invade a foreign territory with military force while putting an emphasis on the sensitivities and culture of the native population.

We are the first empire to apologize to the conquered population when our soldiers are killed.

No other superpower in world history has acted in such restraint as the American "empire". As it stands today, if American leaders had truly wanted an empire throughout history, we might very well have way more than fifty states. South Korea, Vietnam, Iraq, the Philippines, Cuba, Kuwait, the Pacific islands, and virtually any other land mass we desired would be under American control, along with accompanying populations and resources. But they aren't.

Iraq was all about oil some say. Perhaps that was some of it. But why are the Iraqis in sole possession of those oil fields now? What kind of empire are we? We invade Iraq and don't even seize the oil fields for our own benefit. I didn't see gas prices drop and I still haven't. Such an argument was made during a somewhat heated political debate I had with a short, fat, bald French Canadian man and his wife while I was on vacation last month in Costa Rica. In short, they believed 9/11 was an inside job, Bush was the devil, America is becoming an evil "empire", Jews are controlling the world, the Iraq War was all for oil, and Ron Paul is the new savior of America who is "speaking out against the Zionists." (somehow that didn't surprise me.) I asked them how they could explain Islamic terrorist attacks in Brazil, Russia, China, Sweden, Thailand, Spain, and other nations. Of course, no coherent argument was given and most of their "facts" were fabricated conspiracy theory Jew-hate. I also made the above point. If we are an empire, we are doing a pretty awful job of it.

In the early 1800's, The Napoleonic Empire claimed the lives of an estimated 6.5 million people, accounting to 15% of the conquered peoples, including unspeakable atrocities in French Haiti against slaves using sulfur gas.

The Nazi Empire (1933-1945) conquered vast amounts of territory, subjugated them under Nazi rule, and used every available indigenous resource to their advantage. Millions of conquered people were systematically eliminated.

The Ottoman Empire (1299-1923) owned numerous vassal states in the Balkans, imposing strict tribute fees upon the conquered people. Genocide was carried out against Armenians. Bulgarians were raped, beheaded, and burned alive by Ottoman troops. Greek boys were forcibly converted to Islam and made to serve in the armed forces, and Greek girls were forced into prostitution.

The Roman Empire lasted from 27 BC to AD 476. Roman armies invaded territories all across Europe by force and native people were forced into slavery. Some notable actions by Romans included instituting gladiators as entertainment, butchering native Spaniards under flag of truce, reducing the population of Carthage from 500,000 to 50,000 and selling the remaining survivors into slavery, 100,000 Christians tortured and executed, thousands of refugees massacred at Seleucia, among others.

The Mongol Empire, established by Ghenis Khan (1206-1368) was perhaps one of the most vast, far reaching, and brutal empires to ever exist.

In fact, every empire in human history has shown the same thing over thousands of years of recorded history. Military conquest. Subjugation and murder of native people. Seizure of territory, resources and economy.

Is the United States really an empire? If we are, someone ought to teach our leaders some world history.

Think Sharia Law hasn't invaded America? Think again.

Penn Judge: Muslims Allowed to Attack People for Insulting Mohammad

Judge Mark Martin, an Iraq war veteran and a convert to Islam, threw the case out in what appears to be an invocation of Sharia law.

The incident occurred at the Mechanicsburg, Pa., Halloween parade where Ernie Perce, an atheist activist, marched as a zombie Muhammad. Talaag Elbayomy, a Muslim, attacked Perce, and he was arrested by police.

Judge Martin threw the case out on the grounds that Elbayomy was obligated to attack Perce because of his culture and religion. Judge Martin stated that the First Amendment of the Constitution does not permit people to provoke other people. He also called Perce, the plaintiff in the case, a "doofus." In effect, Perce was the perpetrator of the assault, in Judge Martin's view, and Elbayomy the innocent. The Sharia law that the Muslim attacker followed trumped the First Amendment.

UNM student protesters interrupt speech on Israel, get "attacked" by old folks listening.

Protest erupts at UNM lecture Thursday

Nonie Darwish, former Muslim, and outspoken human rights activist was giving a speech at the Univerity of New Mexico regarding the Arab Spring when these ignorant pieces of liberal fecal matter stood up in an anti-Semetic, anti-Israeli, and pro-Islam outburst.

Some old people in the crowd reacted more than appropriately and promptly made them look like the whimpering, cowering, children that they are.

Good for this old man who did the right thing!

LOL! I find this absolutely hilarious. It is the same old story. Radical leftist youth brainwashed by academia "protesting" somewhere to make their voices heard! Wow! "Let's show them!" They protest in the streets. They protest in the universities. They are so proud of themselves for being an "activist", for trying to bring "change", for "uniting" the youth. They make a big spectacle in public, disturb the peace, disturb a public speaker and then expect everyone around them to sit back with a nice cup of coffee and nod their heads in enlightened approval. Then, when someone fights back and pushes them around for instigating the disturbance, whether it be police or this brave old man, they start to whimper, cry, and scream like little babies. "Rape!" "You can't touch me!" "How dare you!" "You're ASSAULTING me!" "Waaaaaaaa!" "I'm gonna call my daddy!" This behavior is so typical. You can see it on any college campus. These protesting Bolshevik wannabes expect everyone to bow down to their cause wherever they are. It is always great to see someone put an end to their idiocy and throw them around a bit with a piping hot cup of STFU.

Here is another video I thought I would share. The beginning of this video is of the protesters BEFORE the old folks lay into them. You can hear screaming, hollering, and yelling from all of them. You can also hear the femmie voice of one of the femmie liberal male protesters saying, "Islam is a religion of peace! Israel is a violent nation!"

Ever notice how the most radical of leftists are always in bed with Islam? They hate religion. They hate Christianity. They fight for women's rights and homosexual rights and then they side with the Muslims? I don't know whether to laugh or cry.

For your viewing enjoyment...

On Q'uran burning, Muslims, and Obama apologies

A mere blog post doesn't convey the utter hatred and loathing I have for this President and his pandering to our enemies.

Let's talk about Afghanistan for a bit. This is a hopeless, barren country not worth a single drop of American blood anymore. This place is a brown skid mark even on the Islamic world where there is nothing produced, where people don't work, and where seventh century Islamic ideology rules all. Today we saw hundreds, if not thousands, of furious Muslims protesting the burning of their Q'uran on a US base. Not a word was said about the desecration of these Q'urans by Muslim prisoners who used them to pass notes. Instead, their fury is directed at the Americans for disposing of the, um--already desecrated Q'urans. Now they are flying Taliban flags. Now they are calling on all Americans to be killed. Now they are killing Americans. These are the people we have been fighting for for so long. These are the people our soldiers have given their lives for. These are the people we have built bridges, schools, and roads for. Well I have one thing to say....SCREW THEM! If we cannot even distinguish between the Taliban and everyone else in that godforsaken place, then it is time we get out of there. They can rot for eternity and suffer at the hands of the Taliban for all I care. I am sick of seeing our troops killed for these people.

So what does our Commander in Chief do in response to this? He apologizes to THEM. He apologizes to the people chanting "Death to America" and the people who are killing our troops. Now, I have to sit back and ask myself, is a person even as despicable as Barack Hussein Obama that weak and indifferent that he actually stands up and apologizes for OUR actions in the thick of this? I can't fathom it. Is there some secret advantage given for this extended olive branch to the Muslims who already hate us? Do people like Obama, Sec Def Leon Panetta, and other top brass in the Pentagon really believe we can build bridges with these people? I don't understand it. I just don't. And I don't understand why someone, even a flimsy Democrat, can't even just stand up and voice a politically incorrect defense of the United States and US troops, free of any political double talk. JUST ONCE. Where are the men in charge of this country? And it isn't just Barack Obama. Look at the Republican field. Aside from a few mentions from Rick Santorum here and there, and maybe one or two by Gingrich, I don't see anyone standing up and saying, "These MUSLIM people are evil. They need to be annihilated." They side step this issue of Islamic terrorism in the perfect way their profession of politics allows. Sure, they say "terrorists are bad, America good" in a safe way. Someone needs to get pissed off, stand up and say it like it is, without being afraid of what the already angry Muslims will think of us. Someone needs to stand up and say "Who was it that murdered our people on 9/11? MUSLIMS. Who was it that murdered hundreds of innocent schoolchildren in Beslan? MUSLIMS. Who was it that slaughtered British commuters in London? MUSLIMS. Who was it that blew up the train in Madrid? MUSLIMS. Who was it that bombed the airport in Moscow? MUSLIMS. Who was it that massacred innocent people in Mumbai? MUSLIMS. Who was it that butchered millions of people across North Africa, Persia, India, Iberia, Palestine, and China in bloody conquest throughout the ages? MUSLIMS. Who was it that attempted to invade the European continent in 732 and 1683? MUSLIMS."

No one will ever say the obvious but everyone knows it. It is plastered all over TV screens worldwide every day. We see the violent actions of Muslims murdering innocent people every single day, whether it is in Thailand, the Philippines, Chechnya, or Afghanistan. We see the merciless persecution of Christians all over the globe by Muslims but no one says a damned word. Do you have any idea the kind of absolute atrocities that are being committed by Muslims against Christians in Nigeria? Or Pakistan? Or Egypt? Instances of violence on innocent people by Muslims is as frequent as the call to prayer five times a day. And, counter to what some people like Ron Paul may say, they can be found in places with absolutely no connection to the United States or Israel. Like Sweden. Brazil. Russia. China. Thailand. India. Norway. South Africa. And yes Ron Paul, Switzerland. Are these the result of blowback? Care to reassess the non interventionist viewpoint?

I would like to say on a personal note, I have seen Islamic terror in the face...literally. I have looked terrorists in the eyes. I have physically touched radical Islamic terrorists who killed people. I have heard terrorists scream "Allahu Akbar!" and have heard the chilling sound of the Islamic call to prayer. And it surely isn't "one of the prettiest sounds on earth" as a certain Barack Obama would have you believe. No, Islamic terror is real and it has spread all over the globe like no far reaching empire in the history of the world has done. My personal experiences with known radical Islamic killers, including Al Qeada operatives, gives me more insight into this issue than I had ever expected and I challenge any other conservative or liberal who is a non interventionist and thinks Islam isn't a threat to debate me on this issue if they so desire.

This recent reaction to the disposal of Q'urans, both by the "moderate" Muslims of Afghanistan and by our very own President bring this issue of Islamic relations to the forefront of the national debate yet again. The choice is there before you for the umpteenth time. To continue ignoring the signs, turning the other cheek, and defending Islam is a dangerous endeavour and an ignorant one. And the apology by Obama today is absolutely no different than the continuing defense of Islam by Ron Paul and his following. Barack Obama's apology to Hamid Karzai and the outraged Afghans is an exact microcosm of Ron Paul's views on foreign policy.

VIDEO: Newt Gingrich goes off at Arizona debate over birth control, Obama infanticide

Gingrich just answered this idiotic left wing spun question and hit it out of the ballpark!

Belligerent passenger on Continental flight yells "Allah is Great!"; tackled by men on board

Chivalry isn't dead just yet in America.

Passengers aboard a Continental Airlines flight bound for Houston Tuesday sprang into action to help a flight attendant having trouble with an unruly passenger. Twenty minutes after the plane departed Portland, pilots returned to the city where the FBI was waiting.

Passengers said the unruly man was a problem from the beginning. After boarding Flight 1113, the man became upset because he was not seated next to his friend.

Then after the flight took off, he ignored the “No Smoking” sign and tried to light an electronic cigarette.

A flight attendant asked the passenger to turn off the cigarette, but he refused. The Middle Eastern man started screaming at the smaller woman.

“He was screaming, ‘Allah is great, Allah is great,’” said Nancy Haywood, passenger. “And it kind of worries you when that happens, but believe me, there were enough men to hold him down.”
And they did. Men on the plane jumped up and ran to assist the flight attendant.

“Every guy that was in my area was ready to go,” said Mark Foster, passenger. “It was not even a thought. You can tell buckles were off and people were already leaning toward the aisles.”

The men subdued the unruly passenger while the flight attendant ran to the back and retrieved plastic handcuffs and ankle cuffs.

“It almost made me cry to see the way everybody responded because the gentlemen that could help got up and helped the stewardess; she was just a little bitty thing,” said Jeanna Wisher. “What happened should have happened, everybody got up and did a part that needed to do it.”

UPDATE:
The man who repeatedly yelled “Allah is great” as he was removed yesterday from a plane that was forced to make an emergency landing due to his unruly behavior is a 19-year-old Saudi Arabian who was arrested Sunday night after he led Oregon police on a drunken car chase that saw him ram two cop cars and attempt to run over pedestrians, The Smoking Gun has learned.

According to investigators, Yazeed Mohammed Abunayyan was smoking an electronic cigarette on a Continental Airlines flight traveling from Portland to Houston. When a flight attendant directed Abunayyan to stop smoking (or relinquish the device), he refused and began “yelling profanities and swinging his fist at the flight attendant,” according to an indictment filed this afternoon in U.S. District Court in Portland.

Abunayyan, pictured in the mug shot at right, also hit or attempted to hit other passengers and was “speaking or singing about Usama bin Laden and his hatred of women,” the indictment charges. Abunayyan, who reportedly has been in the U.S. visiting relatives, was charged with a felony count of interfering with flight crew members.

We are voting for a president! Not a Pope! Beware of Rick Santorum...

i will think of more later. Don't vote for Santorum!!!!!!

NBA player Martell Webster's bonehead play

It always amazes me when I see a professional athlete do something absolutely stupid during the course of the game. These are people whose play games for a living. It is their job. They get paid extravagant amounts of money and yet they somehow don't know how to play the game they play for a living. Take Martell Webster of the Minnesota Timberwolves.

Down 3 points with 4.9 seconds left Webster steals the ball and instead of attempting a 3 point shot to tie the game and send it to overtime, he drives to the hoop for a dunk, which apparently he didn't know was only worth 2 points.

The look on teammate Brad Miller's face at 0:26 in the video says everything.

For your information, Martell Webster's salary is $5,256,000 for the 2012 season. To play basketball. And he can't even remember how far down his team is, something most junior high basketball players know. Pitiful.

No more diplomacy in Afghanistan.

Things like this really tick me off.

Afghans vent fury over Koran burning, U.S. apologizes

I have been a staunch supporter of our efforts there since the beginning. But I have slowly come to the realization that our diplomatic mission there is a misguided and sure to fail approach.

We should have one single objective. Killing the Taliban. We shouldn't be doing anything else there. Zero. Nada. Zilch. No building schools. No building roads. No foreign aid for infrastructure. Because this is how they repay our generosity.

Protesters started to gather after Afghan laborers found charred remains of copies of the Koran as they collected rubbish from Bagram airbase, the provincial governor's office said in a statement.

As many as 2,000 Afghans massed outside several gates to the base, the main center for NATO-led forces just north of the capital Kabul, chanting anti-foreigner slogans and throwing stones, said Reuters reporters at the scene.

Both Afghan President Hamid Karzai and the Taliban in Afghanistan condemned the incident, both of them saying the values of Islam had been "degraded."

This is how the poor, helpless people of Afghanistan repay our efforts and blood in making their dunghole of a country a better place. Pathetic. Maybe we should leave their country to get ravaged by the Taliban again. Hamid Karzai and his amateur Afghan National Army made up of incompetent Gomer Pyles can fight the Taliban alone.

We need to redefine our mission in Afghanistan or get out altogether. I am sick of this namby pamby "win the hearts and minds" mission. I have went through this military training before in pre-deployment. It is a failed approach. You cannot, I repeat, you cannot effectively win the hearts and minds of a people so grossly misaligned, culturally and ideologically. I am a firm believer that their are no bridges to be built between America and the Muslim world. Bridges free from a suicide bomb that is.

The restricted Rules of Engagement, political correctness, and diplomatic mission in Afghanistan are making us lose this war. I am in full support of staying there and continuing to slaughter the Taliban wherever they are as long as we make that the sole focus, and not trying to win over the people, which have just proven here, that they don't deserve our respect or one measly cent in foreign aid.

USA Today reports...

The military official with knowledge of the incident said it appeared that the Qurans and other Islamic readings were being used to fuel extremism, and that detainees at Parwan Detention Facility were writing on the documents to exchange extremist messages.
He spoke on condition of anonymity because he was not authorized to discuss the incident.

"Die, die, foreigners!" the demonstrators shouted. Some fired rifles into the air. Others threw rocks at the gate of the base and set tires ablaze.

This, this is how these things repay the lives of our fallen soldiers, who fight so they don't have to live under Taliban rule!  It is time to leave Afghanistan to rot like the garbage can it is!

Women in combat? Hear what one combat vet has to say about it.

Michelle Obama: The most un-presidential first lady in American history

Want yet another reason to not vote for Obama? (like that is difficult...) How about this thing, this Marxist disgrace we have for a first lady.

Michelle Obama is almost worse than her husband. Have you ever watched videos of her interact with the public? Or children in particular?

This woman's demeanor screams elite, fake, and bitter. Her behavior makes even the most wretched of liberals hate her.

Just compare Michelle Obama to first ladies in history. Laura Bush, Hillary Clinton, Nancy Reagan, Jackie Kennedy. Michelle Obama is an elite, overweight snob whose primary "mission" as first lady is to regulate how American schoolchildren eat. We are already seeing the results of this.

Now, the wonderful down to earth first lady and company are taking another vacation....one month after taking a vacation. As a matter of record, this marks the 16th taxpayer funded vacation so far for the first family. You're welcome Michelle!

Michelle is one bad momma. Sounds like she dictates the presidential schedule nowadays!

ASPEN VACATION: DUMB and DUMBE---wait, where's Barack?

But let's not stop there. Our humble first lady is SO important, she requires an entourage of workers (paid by the way) to keep up with her busy, vital, schedule.

$172,2000 - Sher, Susan (CHIEF OF STAFF)
$140,000 - Frye, Jocelyn C. (DEPUTY ASSISTANT TO THE PRESIDENT AND DIRECTOR OF POLICY AND PROJECTS FOR THE FIRST LADY)
$113,000 - Rogers, Desiree G. (SPECIAL ASSISTANT TO THE PRESIDENT AND WHITE HOUSE SOCIAL SECRETARY)
$102,000 - Johnston, Camille Y. (SPECIAL ASSISTANT TO THE PRESIDENT AND DIRECTOR OF COMMUNICATIONS FOR THE FIRST LADY)
Winter, Melissa E. (SPECIAL ASSISTANT TO THE PRESIDENT AND DEPUTY CHIEF OF STAFF TO THE FIRST LADY)
$90,000 - Medina, David S. (DEPUTY CHIEF OF STAFF TO THE FIRST LADY)
$84,000 - Lelyveld, Catherine M. (DIRECTOR AND PRESS SECRETARY TO THE FIRST LADY)
$75,000 - Starkey, Frances M. (DIRECTOR OF SCHEDULING AND ADVANCE FOR THE FIRST LADY)
$70,000 - Sanders, Trooper (DEPUTY DIRECTOR OF POLICY AND PROJECTS FOR THE FIRST LADY)
$65,000 - Burnough, Erinn J. (DEPUTY DIRECTOR AND DEPUTY SOCIAL SECRETARY)
Reinstein, Joseph B. (DEPUTY DIRECTOR AND DEPUTY SOCIAL SECRETARY)
$62,000 - Goodman, Jennifer R. (DEPUTY DIRECTOR OF SCHEDULING AND EVENTS COORDINATOR FOR THE FIRST LADY)
$60,000 - Fitts, Alan O. (DEPUTY DIRECTOR OF ADVANCE AND TRIP DIRECTOR FOR THE FIRST LADY)
Lewis, Dana M. (SPECIAL ASSISTANT AND PERSONAL AIDE TO THE FIRST LADY)
$52,500 - Mustaphi, Semonti M. (ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR AND DEPUTY PRESS SECRETARY TO THE FIRST LADY)
$50,000 - Jarvis, Kristen E. (SPECIAL ASSISTANT FOR SCHEDULING AND TRAVELING AIDE TO THE FIRST LADY)
$45,000 - Lechtenberg, Tyler A. (ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR OF CORRESPONDENCE FOR THE FIRST LADY)
Tubman, Samantha (DEPUTY ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR,SOCIAL OFFICE)
$40,000 - Boswell, Joseph J. (EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE CHIEF OF STAFF TO THE FIRST LADY)
$36,000 - Armbruster, Sally M. (STAFF ASSISTANT TO THE SOCIAL SECRETARY)
Bookey, Natalie (STAFF ASSISTANT)
Jackson, Deilia A. (DEPUTY ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR OF CORRESPONDENCE FOR THE FIRST LADY)
Bear in mind, these people are VITAL to the economy right now. Everyone again, say "you're welcome" to these folks as well. Your money pays their much needed salary.

And now we can talk about the incessant slobbering over this woman by the media. I don't like to get into physical insults in politics but really, why does every rave about how attractive this woman is? As a male, I find a 65 year old Laura Bush ten times more attractive than Michelle Obama, on the inside AND outside.

The best rant about the current culture war you'll ever hear...

I found this on Youtube from nearly 3 years ago and I must say it is quite relevant to the hot political discussion today. (Plenty on birth control, the sexual revolution, cultural Marxism, etc.)

More on sex, morals, and the culture war against social conservatives.

Because the empty Democrats and libertarians keep making this an issue I feel compelled to write more on this subject because there really is a culture war going on in this country.

I ranted a few days ago in defense of Rick Santorum (who isn't my favorite candidate by the way) against the constant attacks on his morals from the "if it feels good do it" leftists. Instead of ranting in this post I will provide some facts regarding left wing social thought and what the sexual revolution and feminist movements have done to a America. Since 1960, there has been a fundamental shift in social behavior, thought, and morals.

The DIRECT results of these ideologies are this:

Dramatic increases in divorce

Dramatic increases in abortion

Dramatic increases in sexually transmitted disease

Between 1960 and 1970, cases of gonorrhea tripled among teenage females and doubled among teenage males.  Cases of gonorrhea and salpingitis peaked in the mid 1970s among both males and females.

Strange how these numbers parallel the sexual revolution and feminist movements perfectly. This is too easy!

Dramatic increases in single motherhood

How about this one....
Dramatic increases in child abuse

Dramatic increases in violent crime

You get the point. We could go over these graphs all day long. The point is, on any given social issue, you see the crumbling of society paralleling the rise of liberal social thought. Today, in 2012, these social issues are again at the forefront of the debate, and people like Rick Santorum who voices strongly in support of abstinence among unmarried teens, against abortion, against homosexuality, and in favor of traditional marriage as it was pre-1965 are painted as religious nutjobs who want to take our country backwards to the Dark Ages. Well, the numbers speak for themselves. In fact, if anything has taken us backwards as a society, it is the "if it feels good do it" mentality championed by the left and the libertarians. I'd like to say, we are living in the Dark Ages right now. The numbers speak for themselves.

Attitudes towards divorce, marriage, and sexuality have changed drastically in our country since the early 1960s.

This paper provides some very interesting facts.

Divorce:
In the early twentieth century most Americans took wedding vows literally and
saw marriage as a lifetime commitment. Divorces were almost as rare as nonmarital births. But between 1960 and 1980 the divorce rate more than doubled, and it has remained high ever since. Thornton (1989) demonstrates that attitudes toward divorce changed dramatically between the early 1960s and the mid 1970s. In 1962, only half of all respondents disagreed with a statement suggesting that parents who don’t get along should stay together for the children. By 1977, over 80% disagreed. Attitudes have changed little since the 1970s.

Premarital sex:
In the early 1960s roughly half of all twenty-five year old women had had
sexual intercourse before they married. By the late 1980s five out of six had done so. Moral judgments about premarital sex changed in much the same way. In early 1960s roughly threequarters of American adults thought that premarital sex was wrong. By the 1980s only a third of adults thought that premarital sex was “always” or “almost always” wrong.

These changing attitudes on morality directly affect our nation and our children. The rate of fatherless children in 1960 was 17%. In 1990 it had risen to 36%. Our country still suffers from a fatherless home epidemic that makes ripples into future generations.

Look at these statistics that the feminist liberals who think a woman can do it all don't want you to see.
-63% of youth suicides from fatherless homes
-85% of children with behavioral disorders come from fatherless homes
-Fatherless children are twice as likely to end up in jail
-71% of high school dropouts come from fatherless homes
on and on and on....

Wow, feminism really has done a lot for America!

This attitude of sexual freedom and entitlement is dangerous and the above numbers are a testament to these dangers!

Back to Rick Santorum and evil theocratic social conservative prudes. I would like to point out something Rick Santorum has been really chastised for. His 3 Ways to Avoid Poverty. They are...
1) Complete high school
2) Don't get pregnant until you are married
3) Work full time

How controversial these things are. My goodness. Honestly, how can you attack someone for outlining the above facts? I hear these criticisms aimed at social conservatives day in and day out, not only from liberals but from fellow "conservative" bloggers as well, particularly those leaning on the far, almost left, libertarian side. Mostly, this facet of the GOP is secular. They view social conservatives as backwards, Bible belt theocrats who want to impose Christianity upon the rest of the country. This couldn't be further from the truth. Christianity and religion has absolutely nothing to do with this. Basic human morality and decency does. Some of these libertarians regularly spout that a president like Rick Santorum, because he believes in morality, will bring about a tyrannical theocracy that forces every citizen to own a Bible, forces every citizen to go to church, and forces every citizen to refrain from any sexual activity whatsoever. It is almost laughable.

I digress. The facts are the facts. And the facts side with social conservatives. Not with liberals, and not with indifferent libertarians. Indeed, there is a culture war brewing for the very soul of America. The only difference between these two polarized groups of the Republican party right now is that some people believe something should be done about the destructive results of the left leaning "sexual liberation/feminist" mindset, and the other just doesn't care.

The next face in Islamic terror: Amine el-Khalifi

Federal agents arrest man who allegedly planned suicide bombing on U.S. Capitol

I saw the above headline and before I even read more about the story I made one accurate assumption.

"He is a Muslim."

Of course, this prediction is correct. It is always a Muslim. Always. And how many terrorist plots by Muslims is it going to take to wake some people up? Yes, I am talking to Ron Paul and his rabid supporters.

I understand that most Ron Paul supporters have a deep seeded disdain for Jews so it would only be natural to sympathize with Muslims, but when will you understand that our nation is at war with Islamic fundamentalism? How many of the above stories is it going to take?

Ron Paul has been one of the most outspoken defenders of Muslims, downplaying the threat with the fervor of an imam. America has unjustly declared war on 1.2 billion Muslims. Suicide terrorism is not a Muslim thing.
Why shouldn't Iran have nuclear weapons?  Islam isn't our enemy. Oh, and my personal favorite...."Michele Bachmann hates Muslims. She wants to go get em'."

Is it any wonder that Muslims support Ron Paul in droves? Including Yousef al-Khattab, co founder of Revolution Muslim and a supporter of Osama bin Laden?

This does not surprise me one bit. In fact, Ron Paul's views and quotes on American foreign policy are almost identical to Osama bin Laden. Throw quotes from both men in a hat, mix them up, and pull them out and you couldn't tell one from the other.

In 2011, Muslims ravaged the planet yet again, striking in countries like Brazil, Russia, China, Nigeria, India, and Thailand. The result of American "imperialism"?

What is it going to take to convince some people that maybe it isn't American foreign policy that motivates people like Amine el-Khalifi, but deep seeded ideology? Liberals and Ron Paul supporters routinely and vocally criticize "neocons" such as myself for demonizing Muslims. In reality, the Muslims themselves, such as the animal above, do it for us. It is too easy!

In defense of Rick Santorum

This will be one of those unplanned, sloppy, anger driven posts done on a whim in response to the unrelenting and baseless attacks by the left, the media, and even some conservative libertarians against Rick Santorum.

First of all, Santorum isn't, and has never been my favorite candidate thus far. So don't label me as a crazy, theocratic Santorum groupie. But I am getting sick and tired of this secular libtard wave of attacks against him for having principles and morals. This whole birth control issue is and has been stirred up by the left to paint conservatives in a bad light and it is distracting the electorate from issues that really matter. Like the economy, jobs, and better ways to facilitate government control over kids' school lunches.....(Rant against Michelle 'street corner' Obama coming up later this week...)
Rick Santorum is against this...therefore he is a radical  fundamental Christian

People like to paint Santorum as a radical. A *ooooooohhhh*...Christian radical. How scary. "He's going to impose a THEOCRACY...", "He believes in the Bible!....", "He believes a family should have a mother AND a father...!!" THE FREAKING HORROR!

Folks, this is what 40+ years of progressive thought, the sexual revolution, and the feminist movement have done to America. And this thinking has even seeped into the right. The liberals and libertarians who hate Santorum are right when they say he is living in the 50's. Yeah? So?

So we go back to a time when our country and the people in it live by morals and principle. Maybe I missed the memo, but where is the bad in this? All of a sudden, Rick Santorum is now an extremist because he believes abstinence is the best birth control and in the best interest of young people who are not yet married. Someone tell me the bad in this? Let's get something straight. Just because people want to bang and not have kids, doesn't mean other peoples' tax dollars should cover it, and especially not by church institutions. You can go to Walgreens and buy your morning after pills yourself!! That isn't your RIGHT! And let's get something out in the air. It is the DEMOCRATS and our Dear Dear Leader who have made sex an issue in the first place, NOT Santorum and the Republicans. He is simply responding to the issue the Democrats have made. That government be involved in the bedroom in the first place. This is insanity and I am sick of it. And the sickening media just keeps churning this issue over and over and over again. Do they even talk about unemployment anymore? No, because it makes their master look bad!

People are up in arms because Santorum said a child conceived from a case of rape is a "gift". BIG DEAL! Any child is a gift and to be blinded from this fact is to have lost your very humanity. There is no justification for destroying an unborn child. And if you think that his positions are radical for defending the lives of the unborn children who are slaughtered like farm animals every single day, then I say YOU are the radical (and a person with no conscience and no humanity!) for defending such actions.

Leftist idiots, Democrat and Libertarian, love this argument...."He will impose a THEOCRACY!" Do you have any knowledge of Presidential power whatsoever? And have you ever even listened to what Rick Santorum has said?  Does having morals= tyrannical or theocrat all of a sudden? What hippie koolaid have you been drinking?

John Adams said a long time ago..."Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other."

Do you think Adams, and most all of the other Founders for that matter, regarded acceptance of homosexuality and abortion as "moral"? Or maybe to you, they were "theocrats". They believed in God. They read the Bible. How awful!

Liberals and everyone else were up in arms when Santorum compared homosexuality to bestiality. The HORROR. "Just a hateful, coldhearted Christian" Whatever. I happen to agree yet again with Santorum here. Homosexuality is a perverted, unnatural behavior, just like bestiality and pedophilia is. How can you argue otherwise? Look at human anatomy. Case closed, thank you, have a nice day. Homosexuality is simply wrong, and it shouldn't be encouraged by society, PERIOD.

How about the issue of women serving in combat? Santorum is very much against it. He says, the men serving will feel more inclined to protect them. He is 100% right! And he is also right when he says women are physically incapable to serve on the front lines. This isn't an insult to women! In fact, it is a viewpoint in defense of them, with a hint of chivalry to it. But a twisted progressive liberal or progressive libertarian (same thing basically) doesn't see the world the way normal people do.

If you really think Santorum is an evil, backwards Christian for standing firm on principles like...
A) Families and marriage is based upon the union of a MAN and WOMAN
or
B) Killing babies is wrong

...then maybe YOU are the radical!!

I'm done.

Norway's Halden Prison: The most humane prison in the world

Norway Builds the World's Most Humane Prison

Ten years and 1.5 billion Norwegian kroner ($252 million) in the making, Halden is spread over 75 acres (30 hectares) of gently sloping forest in southeastern Norway. The facility boasts amenities like a sound studio, jogging trails and a freestanding two-bedroom house where inmates can host their families during overnight visits. Unlike many American prisons, the air isn't tinged with the smell of sweat and urine. Instead, the scent of orange sorbet emanates from the "kitchen laboratory" where inmates take cooking courses. "In the Norwegian prison system, there's a focus on human rights and respect," says Are Hoidal, the prison's governor. "We don't see any of this as unusual."

Design plays a key role in Halden's rehabilitation efforts. "The most important thing is that the prison looks as much like the outside world as possible," says Hans Henrik Hoilund, one of the prison's architects. To avoid an institutional feel, exteriors are not concrete but made of bricks, galvanized steel and larch; the buildings seem to have grown organically from the woodlands. And while there is one obvious symbol of incarceration — a 20-ft. (6 m) concrete security wall along the prison's perimeter — trees obscure it, and its top has been rounded off, Hoilund says, "so it isn't too hostile."

The cells rival well-appointed college dorm rooms, with their flat-screen TVs and minifridges. Designers chose long vertical windows for the rooms because they let in more sunlight. There are no bars. Every 10 to 12 cells share a living room and kitchen. With their stainless-steel countertops, wraparound sofas and birch-colored coffee tables, they resemble Ikea showrooms.
Halden's greatest asset, though, may be the strong relationship between staff and inmates. Prison guards don't carry gunsthat creates unnecessary intimidation and social distance — and they routinely eat meals and play sports with the inmates. "Many of the prisoners come from bad homes, so we wanted to create a sense of family," says architect Per Hojgaard Nielsen. Half the guards are women — Hoidal believes this decreases aggression — and prisoners receive questionnaires asking how their experience in prison can be improved.
Scandinavia, and one could argue Norway specifically, is currently the world capitol of inane leftist moral relativism and over-the-top politically correct thinking.  Is this the right treatment that should be given to murderers and rapists? Tolerant and godless liberals from all countries pride themselves on their keen awareness of the sensitivities of all. While their actions may seem well intended on the outside, they overlook one fundamental pillar of human civilization from the beginning of time. Justice. Justice is about punishment, not making the criminals feel better about themselves. What we have here is yet another example of progressives acting counter to that of the natural world and humanity.

By making it clear that their first priority is to rehabilitate these inmates, the Norwegians have spit upon their law abiding citizens. They have done this by wasting 1.5 billion kroner (252 million dollars) of legitimate hard earned Norwegian tax money on the comforts of those who have raped and murdered. Even more so, they have assumed these criminals will be able to return to society, effectively putting them in the same social category as those law abiding Norwegians who decided not to murder or rape someone.

Now, there is talk that mass murderer Anders Behring Breivik may be sent to Halden. Is this right? Any sane human being with a conscience desires punishment, justice, for someone who committed the worst of crimes. Should a murderer like Breivik live in a dorm room more modern and luxurious than that of most college students in the United States today? Should he have access to hiking trails, cooking classes, and a sound studio should he wish? Oh, and thank the great secular gods of liberalism, he can get more sunlight through his vertical cell windows. Ironically, one could argue it was preposterous liberal political correctness like this that made Breivik snap in the first place.

The purpose of this post is to illustrate the absolute lack of human reasoning among the secular-progressive leftists of the world today. Much in the same way they champion the marriage rights of those who pervert the very institution through unnatural and dangerous behavior, they also champion the human rights of those who forfeited those rights when they took innocent human life.

Yes, Micheal Savage was right when he said, "liberalism is a mental disorder."

10 Reasons Not to Vote for Obama in 2012

I made this primarily for friends who say they plan on voting for Barack Obama this year. Of course this list represents just a small handful of the vast never ending list of reasons why not to vote for Obama, which is why I didn't title it "The Top 10" reasons not to vote for Obama. This also is not an endorsement of any GOP candidate, only something to maybe convince a few potential Obama voters who value human life, decency, and the Constitution that maybe Barack Obama does not represent their values. (unless of course they think sex education for 5 and 6 year olds is "the right thing to do")

Why are we "remembering" Whitney Houston?

I get online today to browse the news and everywhere I look, Whitney Houston is plastered on the front page. Every major news outlet has the death of drug addled Whitney Houston as the top story. "In remembrance of Whitney Houston", "A Tribute to Whitney Houston", "Whitney Houston: The Greatest Voice Ever". Even logging onto the Itunes store, we see a brand new album dedicated to the great Whitney Houston.

Why do we as a society honor dead celebrities who used and abused drugs? Why do we honor dead celebrities at all? Amy Winehouse, Heath Ledger, Micheal Jackson, Kurt Cobain, Chris Farley, Brittany Murphy. You can look at a more comprehensive list here.

Now the magnificent Whitney Houston is the latest celeb to fall prey to drug overdose. And what do we do as a society? We eat it up. We devour it like a delicious steak dinner and sit back after we are done and full and give ourselves a pat on the back for "honoring" and "remembering" such a treasured national icon.

All the while there are forgotten American soldiers and Marines still engaging in heavy combat with the Taliban each and every day. No one, except for close family members, friends, and fellow troops remembers them when they die. If they are lucky, they will get a 30 second tribute on the evening news. The American public watches, momentarily thinks how awful and sad it is, and then a minute later is glued to the TV to absorb an hour long segment on Whitney Houston. By the time it is over, that 30 second tribute to the fallen American soldier is wiped clean from their memory and replaced by a mushy, sob story about Whitney Houston's life and death. What a hero she was.

Facebook Parenting for Troubled Teen. The best Youtube video of 2012 so far!

Wait for the best part at 7:17!

Should women be allowed in combat? Those who say yes put women in harms way.

That is the question everyone seems to be asking and it is the wrong question. The question we should be asking is can women perform effectively in combat?

According to the enlightened liberals at ABC News the vast majority of the country believes women can, and should, be allowed to serve alongside men on the front lines of combat. This is preposterous and I simply refuse to believe it.

This really isn't much of an issue. It shouldn't be at least. It wasn't an issue during World War II, but that was before the secular, progressive hippie and feminist movements of the 60's and 70's ravaged America. Back when common sense trumped emotion. Now we live in a day and age where it doesn't matter if a woman is 5 foot 3 and 110 pounds. By golly, she can do anything and everything a man can do.

So let's just throw all the political correctness aside. Women are weaker, period. They are weaker physically and weaker emotionally. Let's let the liberals and feminists have their way and throw whole squads of women combat troops into already male combat units. Let's just see what will happen.

When a soldier gets hit, say a 200 pound man, how many women soldiers will have to pull back from the fight to drag his body to cover? Two, three, four? That is another 1-3 weapons out of the fight. When the company is ordered on a twenty mile march in full battle rattle and a woman ordered to carry the M240B heavy machine gun, should they stop when she falls out? Picture this. The platoon sergeant has been hit and no one but the female rifleman next to him can save his life by clearing him from the kill zone. She has 8 seconds to drag him to cover nearby before a jihadist sniper can reacquire his target and fire again. Outcome? Because this female soldier, brave and honorable no doubt, is simply not strong enough to move her platoon sergeant's body the sniper easily catches both still in the kill zone for not one, but two easy kills. It is scenarios like these that I have described that will become all too common if women are allowed to serve on the front lines. It all comes back to protecting women and the rest of the troops for that matter.

Think of the emotional factor. We don't even need to go there. You see that every day in civilian life. Imagine it in a combat zone. It is bad enough with females in an overseas deployed environment period, combat or non combat, and I would prefer not to elaborate. When bodies are exploding, bullets flying, injured screaming a strong man is who should be there, not a woman. Our women should not be put in that type of environment. Again, it all comes back to protecting our women.

Next, has anyone even thought of the issue of sexual assault? It is already a problem in the military, primarily deployed units where males are the majority and females the minority. Has it crossed anyone's mind what  might happen, on an even larger scale, if all of a sudden, women are transplanted into all male combat units? Do I even need to say what I have been saying?

Warfare has always been, since the beginning of time, conducted by men. In fact, in many cases, war was fought by the men (of the village, city, or state) to PROTECT their women. That was called chivalry. Now we live in a day and age here in America where there are actually people who WANT women in harms way. These same people spend their lives professing to defend and fight for women. Women's rights. Freedom of choice. Equality. In the same breath they throw our women to the wolves by directly putting them in harms way for the sake of progressivism and equality.

This exchange between Eomer and Eowyn in the third Lord of the Rings film is very relevant to the issue. Eomer responds to his sister after she asks why a Hobbit (and also herself) cannot go to war. Eomer says, "You know as little of war as that Hobbit. When the fear takes him, and the blood and the screams and the horror of battle take hold, do you think he would stand and fight? He would flee, and he would be right to do so. War is the province of men, Éowyn."

"War is the province of men." Men have been conditioned to war for centuries. Men are more physically, mentally, and emotionally hardwired for war. Now all of the sudden, people begin to think differently. Well there is one thing to consider. You don't simply turn back 4000 years of human history in the blink of an eye. And progressives who think putting women into heavy combat is a good idea should think long and hard about whether you are helping women, or hurting them. There are plenty of places within the military for women to serve, but the front lines is not, and will never be, one of them.

Victoria's Secret model Kylie Bisutti quits because of Christian beliefs

Kylie Bisutti left lingerie modeling because it didn't mesh with her Christian values

This is indeed a rarity in modern day pop culture. Celebrities who consistently openly profess their faith are few and far between (Tim Tebow and Josh Hamilton are the only two big names I can come up with) but to see someone turn down a career is something altogether unheard of.

Even more so, the disregard for bowing down to the post modern feminist agenda by Mrs. Bisutti is not just shocking. It is refreshing and encouraging.

"Growing in my relationship with the Lord and my faith… I just became so convicted about wanting to honor my husband with my body and wanting to be a role model for younger women out there that look up to me," Kylie explained.

"I'm definitely going to pursue modeling," she said. "I just want to be more wholesome and the jobs that I choose are always going to be honoring the Lord."

Of course, these inflammatory and sexist comments have feminists from coast to coast in an uproar. Such destructive and Puritan language hurts and suppresses women!

This viewpoint can best be summed up in one reader comment:

I’m always impressed by women who choose to put their convictions before their careers. —-really????? When a women gets divorced she has an 80% chance of falling into poverty. Women NEED careers. If the man takes a hike, how do you support your kids and yourself? MOST women…do not. She had a career and just killed it..for her husband. great. So, when the kids come, no career, no way to make money, and….she’s what….21????? No education, great. Let’s see where this girl is 10 years from now. Foolish to throw her career in the trash for her husband!!!!!! She threw away her ability to support herself. Not smart.

or this one...

But as time went by and her faith evolved she realized it wasnt for her.—-really???? Or as time evolved her husband became a jealous jerk who wanted her to give up her career and ability to make money or be independent as a means to control her. Let’s check back and see where she ends up in 10 years.

or this one...

Odd how she makes this move to “honor her husband” but never once considers the importance of honoring herself. Don’t leave the business for a man, leave it for your own self respect.

It is no surprise that there are actually people out there who would criticize her seemingly harmless actions. From what I have seen, most reader comments are in support of her, so I suppose there is hope for America still. But look around, and you'll see some vicious anti-Christian, anti-male sentiment floating around among the lefties and feminists who are just appalled at such a decision.

It is a sad state of affairs for some women these days. They have no concept of mutual respect in a relationship. "Honoring your husband"= Male domination. What was ever wrong with a woman saving her body for her husband? Have we sunk so far as a society that that is actually a BAD thing?

Political correctness gone mad (again): CNN's Roland Martin suspended for lighthearted tweets.

CNN suspends Roland Martin over ‘offensive’ Super Bowl tweets

They were offensive and gays were ouuuuuutraged.

Let's look at the tweets in question. First Martin wrote this in lighthearted humor after the risque David Beckham underwear commercial.

If a dude at your Super Bowl party is hyped about David Beckham's H&M underwear ad, smack the ish out of him!

How awful!!

Next, Martin wrote this after observing a Patriot player in pink.

Who the hell was that New England Patriot they just showed in a head to toe pink suit? Oh, he needs a visit from #teamwhipdatass

Several gay and lesbian rights groups were outraged. GLAAD said CNN ought to fire Martin: "Advocates of gay bashing have no place at CNN." Even Glenn Beck found Martin's comments insulting.

How were these comments by Roland Martin in any way directed at or offensive to homos? They weren't. But when you are a militant homosexual who puts sodomy before character (or anything else for that matter) in the public square, you see anything non-homo as a "homophobic" attack on you. Disgusting and outrageous. Not Mr. Martin's comments, which were a bit humorous to a normal person, but rather the reaction from militant activist gays in this country who constantly demand preferential treatment. Even worse, the good tolerant liberals in the upper echelon of CNN bent over backwards to the homosexual agenda and slapped one of their own in the face for nothing more than the fact some radical, dangerous people in this country deemed his inflammatory words offensive to their backwards, unnatural lifestyle. Shame on ALL of them but Mr. Martin. That includes you Glenn Beck!

I am offended that these homos were offended. I think GLAAD ought to be disbanded and everyone fired. This won't happen of course, because I am a straight, Republican voting, male of European descent.
