Fellow blogger and friend Tim Daniel gets published again...

You might know him as the Left Coast Rebel. Tim is a great blogger and a great American! I'm proud to blog rank and file beside him.

From California to New York state, Arizona’s illegal immigration law has been making headlines. In what is perhaps a last ditch effort, the state chose to enforce border security and stop criminality that comes with undocumented immigrants.


But last Friday residents thousands of miles away in New York witnessed something similar but quite different: an aggravated, disheveled, undocumented senior citizen.


70-year-old Representative Barney Frank, (D-MA) was heading out to New York’s Fire Island. The New York Post reported that the Massachusetts congressman failed to contain his exasperation when a ticket clerk at the local dock rejected his request for a $1 discount ferry fare to the island. Frank did not possess the necessary Suffolk County Senior Citizens ID to take part. Something quite fascinating then unfolded.


The New York Post recounts a witness claiming that, ”Frank made such a drama over the senior rate that I contemplated offering him the dollar to cool down the situation.” One can imagine the horror of a Congressionally-pampered power broker confronted with a simple, everyday incident like this. Barney Frank lost his cool and that says it all.


And so the story unfolds. In many corners of our society a seemingly trivial incident like this from a man of such high authority would bring pause for no concern. Perhaps, instead – a laughing matter, or an excuse to muse over the representative’s strange proclivities, personality and arrogance.


But the story of the $1 discount fare points to much, much, more.

Election year whoring: Obama to make appearance on The View


Perhaps the most narcissistic of any President we have ever had, President Wrecking Ball himself will grace the clucking chickens of ABC's The View (only one view allowed and that is psycho-fem libtardism) on Thursday along with rapper 50 Cent (to listen to wonderful 50 Cent music click HERE!) and comedian Rob Schneider. Talk about fitting company!

Leave it to Obama to set the mark for the first president ever to appear on a daytime AND nighttime TV show. We can throw ESPN in there too. And Al-Arabiya. As well as the first president to stoop to such a low level before foreign leaders...literally.

I won't lash into the boy king here. I've done that enough. He has already destroyed himself, and is continuing to each day with new levels of incompetence and tomfoolery.

Instead I'd like to rip into The View. They deserve it.

This show, if that's what you'd like to call it (I see it as nothing more than a glorified gossip-fest by extremely ugly women, inside and out) is perhaps the sorriest excuse for a television show in modern day America. If there is anyone reading who actually watches The View regularly, and finds "joy" in the incessant, putrid ramblings of Joy Behar, you are a scumbag of the lowest degree. Here's what I think of your irrelevant show. I look at The View and see nothing more than a bunch of uneducated dope women bitching and screeching and clawing and griping about important issues they know absolutely nothing about. I would absolutely love to see Ayn Rand in her prime go on that show and shred the living daylights out of each and every one of them. The entire setup of The View is extremely biased. We all know this. Elisabeth Hasselbeck, obviously the only conservative there and also the most attractive by far, is the only voice with reason on this godawful show, which is usually drowned out by the bitchly cackles of Behar, Walters, Whoopi, and The Pig when she was on the show. There is no fairness or balance on this show. It features the totalitarian fascism of left wing views and left wing views only. A place where Barack Obama can always count on receiving infinite praise and where anyone with a hint of conservatism can count on getting tarred and feathered without mercy.

Why is Barack Obama going on The View tomorrow? Why to swoon voters of course. Election year politics. You'd think he would shy away from such an unpresidential platform at this, but should we expect anything less from this stuttering, childish buffoon? The mere fact The View invites guests on like 50 Cent gives them 0 credibility or merit. And the fact our great President, "the leader of the free world" as they call him decided to appear on the show the same day the pile of crap 50 Cent is, just lowered my level of respect for Obama even more, if that is even possible.

The View is like a volcano of feces erupting and spewing forth each and every day, polluting the rest of the world with their filth. But what is worse than this perpetual, daily eruption? The idiots that mass together and stand with an outstretched hand and open mouth, hoping to catch some of the fecal matter in their palm, or if they get lucky, on their tongue. They applaud at any and every feminist and liberal outcry, even if they have absolutely no idea that they are clapping about.

The View will have its time for now. But very soon, it will sink into the deep, dark oblivion of Hell. Just where it belongs.

Francisco De Luna got his first ticket at school just after his father died, when he was 13. "Failure to comply," it read. The boy "did not want to learn." He would rack up many more for such crimes as baggy-pants-wearing, teacher-cursing and general disobedience.


In 2007, his mother, Elisa De Luna anxiously signed a document agreeing to pay off one ticket per month, plus court costs, for the next 11 months — a bill that then amounted to between $257 and $383, quite a bit more than she could afford on her sub-$20,000 annual pay. After more court actions and missed payments, the debt climbed to more than $11,000 for 24 school-related offenses spanning five years, according to a lawsuit announced today by the American Civil Liberties Union of Texas.


When Francisco De Luna, now 18, got snared in a public intoxication charge, the whole pile of warrants came down on him. County Justice of the Peace Rosa Trevino tossed him in jail, prescribing a day's hard time for each $100 he owed and could not pay. ACLU lawyers claim Francisco De Luna — now one of the plaintiffs in the group's federal class action — was essentially sentenced to debtor's prison, which violates the equal protection clause of the Constitution. The lawyers also claim it violates a Texas statute that requires courts to ensure a defendant, before being sentenced to jail for failure to pay, is not indigent and can't perform community service in lieu of fines.


"It's a classic equal-protection case," said Gouri Bhat, senior staff attorney for the ACLU of Texas, referring to the Fourth Amendment clause. "The claim at issue is that (the court) consistently failed to ensure it didn't jail poor people because of their inability to pay."

1) This kid is likely a ghetto thug who runs around in drug addled rebellion. He probably has lots of gang symbol tattoos, says "Ese?" a lot, and has thrown a brick through a store front window a time or two. Yes, I'm judging him. I don't care if his father died, as cold as that may sound. He is a rebellious troublemaker, and this well earned jail time will be good for him.

2) I am no Constitutional scholar, but I'm not seeing how this violates the Equal Protection Clause.

The Equal Protection Clause reads:

All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

First we must assume this Francisco De Luna is a legal citizen. (oh how raaaaaacist!) Next, let's analyse the content and context of the above language. The Equal Protection Clause was enacted as part of the 14th Amendment in 1868, not long after the end of the Civil War. It was passed, by all Republicans I might add, in response to the Black Codes enacted by the southern states. The Equal Protection Clause pertains mainly to race. That is why it was passed. It has nothing to do with a person's financial standing, as the ACLU would have you believe. In every major case involving the Equal Protection Clause, the issue at hand has been racial discrimination.

Now, how would jailing someone who refuses to pay their fines violate this clause? It doesn't.  It all plays into the leftist obsession with class warfare and social/economic justice. Some of them just cannot accept the cold hard truth that in this world there are people who have money and people who don't, and it will always be that way. People with money can pay their fines. People without money can't. In that way, there will never be true equality. It's that simple. Discrimination and violation of rights? No. The state of humanity and the perpetuity of inequality among man. It's how the world works and how it's always been.You see, I see the world in terms of simplistic black and white. And I say, if you can't pay your fines you go to jail. Debtors Prison? Ha! As if these fines were unpreventable and the debts impossibly high as they were in the Middle Ages. Don't act like these fines were so outrageously expensive that it would be impossible for one in poverty to pay. That, obviously is not right. But this thug accumulated so many offenses that he made it impossible to pay. It is his own doing. Jail time is only fitting. It's called justice.

The ACLU really sickens me sometimes. They are not an objective, apolitical organization by any means. Being a self touted defender of our Constitution they should be as objective as possible. Instead, their entire existence is based upon the furthering of the secular progressive agenda. Their record for defending pedophiles, criminals, and non citizens is quite enough to tell me just how pathetic this group is. Civil liberties for all! Unless you are any one of the following: a Christian, heterosexual, white, or a law abiding citizen.

The fascism of secular progressive American academia

This story, as outrageous as it is, doesn't surprise me.

A student at Augusta State University was told she would not be able to graduate unless she altered her Christian beliefs.

An Augusta State University student filed suit Wednesday after she was told to change her Christian beliefs or otherwise be expelled from the school's graduate counseling program.


"A public university student shouldn’t be threatened with expulsion for being a Christian and refusing to publicly renounce her faith, but that’s exactly what’s happening here," said David French, senior counsel with the Alliance Defense Fund. "Simply put, the university is imposing thought reform."


Jennifer Keeton, 24, has been enrolled in the College of Education's School Counselor masters degree program since fall 2009. She has expressed her Christian beliefs in class discussions and written assignments, but it was her views regarding gender and sexuality that irked faculty.


According to the filed complaint, "She has stated that she believes sexual behavior is the result of accountable personal choice rather than an inevitability deriving from deterministic forces. She also has affirmed binary male-female gender, with one or the other being fixed in each person at their creation, and not a social construct or individual choice subject to alteration by the person so created. Further, she has expressed her view that homosexuality is a 'lifestyle,' not a 'state of being.'"

How dare she! We all know homosexuality is genetic, therefore going against the laws of nature should not be frowned upon but welcomed.  Binary gender fixed at creation? What a insensitive and foolish notion! People should have the right to choose their gender! I mean, cmon it's not not 1700 anymore. This is 2010!

What sec-pro cow dung. Makes me want to puke. Her analysis is dead on. She possesses a brain capable of natural objective reasoning, instead of relativist, lib wired, backwards thinking. Christianity has nothing to do with it. In this day and age, if you go against the fascist progressive wave of liberal thought in American academia in any way, shape, or form you are discredited and exiled. What a shame.

What ever happened to the rise of the oceans slowing and the healing of planet earth?

He knows he and his party are in for a monumental defeat come November. And he really has no political ammunition anymore, seeing as he's screwed up nearly every god forsaken thing he's laid his corrupt Kenyan fingers on. And so, he pulls the Bush Card.

Instead of fulfilling his infinite list of rosy promises, such as being the most transparent administration ever (LOL), he resorts to blaming Bush and Republicans for his pathetic failures as a President.

Obummer will soon be a lame duck and he knows it. The only question is, how much more damage can the bastard do before election time?

Opposition to the construction of mosques has skyrocketed in cities and towns across the country, scholars and advocates of Muslim culture tell The Upshot.


Public protests against three planned mosques have made news in the past week: Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin joined others in opposing the building of a mosque a few blocks from the World Trade Center site. Hundreds demonstrated against a proposed mosque in a small town in Tennessee. And some residents of Temecula, California, are opposing the local Muslim community's plan to build a bigger mosque, saying it could become a hotbed of radical Islam.


Professor Akbar Ahmed, the Ibn Khaldun Chair of Islamic Studies at American University's School of International Service, is not surprised by the recent spate of public protests. He spent last year traveling to more than 100 mosques in 75 U.S. cities with a team of researchers, and concluded that opposition to mosques, including some attacks on them, is on the rise.


"Everywhere there's a mosque, there's a tension now," Ahmed says.


Ahmed believes most Americans have little idea what goes on inside the approximately 2,000 mosques in the country, which leads to fear and anti-Muslim sentiment. Comments from public figures like Sarah Palin exacerbate the problem, he says.

Seeing as everywhere Muslims reside around the world there is tension, it's perfectly understandable that everywhere there's a mosque there's tension. Get a clue Sheik. What do you expect? Americans have little idea what goes on inside mosques? Why do we need to know what goes on inside mosques when we can see the daily activities of Muslims around the world every night on the evening news?

Live rabbit prizes halted after PETA complains

You can always count on PETA to give you a good laugh.

“This year, a ping pong ball cup toss booth was giving away live rabbits as prizes,” Caddy said. “I was contacted by PETA right after the festival.”


Caddy said he informed Bates Amusement, Inc., the company that provides the game booths and rides for the festival, the church would no longer allow live animals to be given away as prizes.


He said even though he knows giving away the live rabbits would attract business to the booth since children love animals, he feels it was unnecessary to give away the rabbits when stuffed animals were also an option.


He said he was unaware the booth was giving away the rabbits before the festival began.
“I walked the grounds and I saw them and I thought they were cute,” he said. “It didn’t occur to me that there would be problems in doing this.”

Good forgive us! How dare you give away a pet rabbit to a child! Don't you know that rabbit has feelings too?! Well...don't you?!

If giving away pet rabbits to children is somehow mistreatment of animals, I'll be honest, I'm just not seeing it. I've owned a few rabbits before, and let me tell you, owning them is a pointless endeavor. It's basically a lump of fur that huddles in one spot the entire day. Talk about boring. If rabbits have feelings then I'd venture that hermit crabs do too. Which of course is absurd, unless, umm you are a member of PETA.

PETA is a pathetic, worthless, and absolutely idiotic organization. I understand the love and good treatment of animals, but they have gone way beyond that. They worship animals to such an extreme degree that they put them on the same level as human beings, which is a dangerous ideology.

We have moved from the inane to utter insanity. Amid relentless attacks by the left and other groups on the state of Arizona for cracking down on illegal immigration through SB1070 (which is actually supported by Hispanics in that state too, hmmm...) our country has entered into a new era of the raging culture war, with a new twist on race.

Now, the town of Freemont, Nebraska is under attack for putting in place a law that makes it illegal for companies to hire illegal immigrants, and landlords to house them. That's it. And what have we from the left?

People screaming cries of an abridgment of civil rights, intolerance, and most importantly and routinely, raaaaaacism.

It's a sad, sad day in this country when we mask the upholding of the law as violating civil rights. It crumbles the structure of society when "civil rights" groups like the ACLU put citizens and non citizens alike in the exact same category. When you break the law, you forfeit your rights, period. When you murder someone, you forfeit your right to life. When you essentially "break in" to a country, bypassing its legal process, you forfeit your right to live with the same rights as a legal citizen. How is this so hard to comprehend?

But alas, we live in a time and place when lack of objectivity, reason, and logic has drifted away and been replaced with relativist, progressive, cow manure with kindergarten level maturity, logic, and thought process.

Later this year, conservatives will take back the legislative branch, and two years from now the executive branch, but the irreparable harm done to our Constitution and our country by this fat left wing hog appointed by the nincompoop boy king on meth will be vast and long lasting.

Never in my life did I think Barack Obama could do so much harm to this nation in such a short period of time, but I was wrong.

Make no mistake, this appointment by Obama was no accident, nor was it made lightly. It was precise. Kagan has shown a history of judging not by the law but by her liberal views. What better way to make long lasting "change" than get a liberal activist on the Supreme Court?

Obama is succeeding in fulfilling his dream of a socialist/statist America more than I ever thought he would. I'm afraid it's too late to stop him.

To all these other countries soiling themselves over this law. Please just sit back and then me pour you a nice piping hot cup of shut the hell up!

Now instead of our fearless leaders growing a pair and siding with us, they will actually side with other countries in a war against one of our states over an already instituted law that they would not enforce! It is like throwing one of your children to the dogs. F THEM.

If ever Arizona was to secede from the Union, I would gladly move there. It seems they are the last bastion of courage and boldness left in this nation!

Will Smith to star in movie as Biblical figure Cain. But wait, he's a vampire.

That's right folks. The obsession with vampires continues to ravage our society like a plague. Vampire obsession is no longer a simple trend. It is just that, an obsession, fueled by nothing more than lustful desires run rampant in American teenage social structure.

The Twilight saga was bad enough. I know too many people, young women mostly, whose obsession with Twilight borders on sheer lunacy and and absolute, unquestionable, obsession for all things relating to it. Are you Team Edward or Team Jacob? Aka, would you rather sleep with a vampire or a werewolf? It's nothing but supernatural eroticism playing on the unstable, weak, and susceptible minds of the youth.

We see this furthered by television shows such as The Gates and True Blood with a blatant emphasis on sexuality and love affairs, spiced up with the attractive additive of blood and murder.

Now, the newest appearance of vampire love comes in the form of a new film called The Legend of Cain, in which Will Smith plays the part of Adam and Eve's son who killed his brother, except he is, you guessed it, a vampire.

Not only is this twist unoriginal due to the already overplayed over dramatized vampire orgy within American pop culture and media, it is just plain stupid and doesn't work. Can we ever have a film made about history without some idiotic, childish, shallow 21st century twist on it that rapes the story? I doubt it.

I don't see an end to lascivious vampire cravings infecting our culture coming to an end any time soon. Might as well sit back, buckle up, and continue to "enjoy" the ride.

Remember what the great John Adams said.

"Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other."


I think we may have strayed from the moral path just a little bit.

Muslims threaten to leave Facebook in droves if demands not met.

Time for another Islamic diaper change.

What are the Muslims bitching about this time? Apparently Facebook has become too offensive for them.

In a recently released letter to Facebook, a group of Muslims demanded that new policy be put in place that prohibits posting any material offensive to Muslims, or else they will leave the social networking site altogether.

Try not to vomit while reading this letter:

Facebook Admins, Moderators, Mark Zuckerberg, Dustin Moskovitz, Sheryl Sandberg, and Matt Cohler;


Although you have attended the world’s best communication skills courses you have been most successful in growing great hatred and hostility between you and Muslims around the world, but seriously this time you have caused an almost unrepairable damage.


Only a few weeks after your irresponsible behavior during the Everybody Draw Mohammed Day events you most aggressively removed four of the largest Islamic Facebook Pages of total fans/likes over 2.5 million Facebook members. That happened on the morning of Thursday 8th July, 2010.


These four Facebook pages were totally peaceful and free of any hate speech, but you removed it ignoring the feelings of more than 2.5 Million Facebook Muslims and disrespecting over 1.5 Billion Muslims worldwide.


And now since that is what it had come down to you, with your irresponsibility and fake preach of freedom of speech, have left us no other choice other than permanently boycotting Facebook. And now we are giving you a 2 weeks notice – ending at midnight of 21st July, 2010 – to fulfill our demands or else we will leave Facebook for http://madina.com/.


Our demands are:


1- Reactivating the four pages that have been disabled
          2- Adding a Facebook Term that illegalizes disrespecting Islamic religious symbols
3- Disabling any Facebook Page, Group, or Event that shows direct or indirect disrespect towards Islamic religious symbols

Sort of like their "demands" in Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Somalia, Thailand, Indonesia, Russia, Britain, France, Spain, Sudan, the Philippines, Australia, and every other nation on earth where these scum live. Let's hope no one gets beheaded with a blunt blade over Facebook.

I say GOOD RIDDANCE. Facebook would be a much safer, pleasant, and enjoyable place without them. Sort like the world would be without them.

They understood that “government, even in its best state, is but a necessary evil; in its worst state an intolerable one.” (Thomas Paine) Unfortunately, the Federal government has repeatedly involved itself in issues in which it has no Constitutional authority and has become intolerable. While claiming this or the other act will “solve the problem”, they have done the opposite and complicated the issues. By bailing out failing companies, they reward unethical and unwise behavior while punishing the innocent and prolonging economic recovery. By setting up “one program fits all” standards for our children, they are leaving more students “left behind” than ever before. By over regulating the health care system, they have increased inflation adjusted health care costs 4x in just the last 40 years. These are just a few examples of government being the problem, not the solution. Decades of history tell us that increasing government involvement, and therefore taxes, strangles the economy, yet both sides of the aisle continue to offer another “program” to save us from the “crisis of the day.” NO, that is not the answer. The answer is to get the government out of the way and let Americans do what we do best! The history of America shows that capitalism and liberty created the greatest standard of living of any nation in earth’s history. In order to recover our economy and our jobs, we must go back to what made us great – individual liberty and capitalism.

Congress passes financial regulation (banking seizure) bill.

Congress OKs Wall St. crackdown, consumer guards


Congress on Thursday passed the stiffest restrictions on banks and Wall Street since the Great Depression, clamping down on lending practices and expanding consumer protections to prevent a repeat of the 2008 meltdown that knocked the economy to its knees.


A year in the making and 22 months after the collapse of Lehman Brothers triggered a worldwide panic in credit and other markets, the bill cleared its final hurdle with a 60-39 Senate vote.


It now goes to the White House for President Barack Obama's signature, expected as early as Wednesday.


The law will give the government new powers to break up companies that threaten the economy, create a new agency to guard consumers in their financial transactions and shine a light into shadow financial markets that escaped the oversight of regulators. The vote came on the same day that Goldman Sachs & Co. agreed to pay a record $550 million to settle charges that it misled buyers of mortgage-related investments.


From storefront payday lenders to the biggest banking and investment houses on Wall Street, few players in the financial world are immune to the bill's reach. Consumer and investor transactions, whether simple debit card swipes or the most complex securities trades, face new safeguards or restrictions.


A powerful council of regulators would be on the lookout for risks across the finance system. Large, failing financial institutions would be liquidated and the costs assessed on their surviving peers. The Federal Reserve is getting new powers while falling under greater congressional scrutiny.


"I'm about to sign Wall Street reform into law, to protect consumers and lay the foundation for a stronger and safer financial system, one that is innovative, creative, competitive and far less prone to panic and collapse," Obama said.


"Unless your business model depends on cutting corners or bilking your customers, you have nothing to fear."


Republicans said the bill is a vast federal overreach that will drive financial-sector jobs overseas. Before the final vote was even cast, House Republican leader John Boehner called for its repeal.


At an eye-glazing 390,000 words — half the size of the King James Bible — the legislation doesn't offer a quick remedy, however. Rather, it lays down prescriptions for regulators to act. In many cases, the real impact won't be felt for years.

Two words: veiled tyranny.

HBO's John Adams Series

I have yet to finish the entire series and already all I can say is watch it! I have yet to come across a better recreation of the American Revolution in film than John Adams. See ya The Patriot.

Paul Giamatti plays the stubborn, hard nosed Adams from his lawyer days in Boston, to the signing of the Declaration, to his days in France, his acquisition of the Presidency and beyond, with absolute brilliance.

To anyone interested in the events leading up to America's founding, and the men who made it so I can't urge you enough to watch this. You may learn a thing or two. I sure did. For example, I did not know Thomas Jefferson loathed public speaking. He was a quiet, introverted man. Upon further research I actually found out Jefferson had a lisp, and did not like to speak in public because of it, though this was not portrayed in the series. Likewise, I had no idea Adams and Benjamin Franklin were near bitter enemies during their time spent in France and that Franklin was somewhat of a Casanova shall we say. Even more so, and perhaps most importantly, I never did really grasp the sheer magnitude of the decision made by the Congress when they signed the Declaration of Independence. They were considered traitors. The looks on their faces in said it all. It was no joyous occasion.

I digress. This is a wonderful piece of art, not just film, and it should be required viewing for every American in my humble opinion.

Hack Wilson Exclusive: One On One With Republican Congressional Candidate Liz Carter

Greetings and welcome to all Hack Wilson readers, fellow conservatives, Patriots, and any random passersby taking a glance at today's interview.

Today we're fielding questions for Liz Carter, candidate for United States Congress in the 4th Congressional district of the great state of Georgia, or "Joe-ja" as many of my former drill sergeants at Fort Benning liked to call it!

Mrs. Carter is the epitome of the Tea Party, a good old fashioned Constitution loving conservative with a firm belief in limited government and American exceptionalism. She is challenging Democrat incumbent Hank Johnson for the 4th district.

Before we get started I'd first like to thank Liz Carter and her campaign for giving me the honor of interviewing such a worthy candidate for US Congress. Thank you!

HW: First off, what made you decide to run for Congress in the first place? Was there a defining moment that spurred you into action?

LC: When you work with businesses across this great nation, and your focus is helping them succeed and helping them grow, you study and closely watch the economy. My clients were being impacted by the uncertainty this Congress has created. Small and large businesses have not had a clear picture on how current legislation will impact them or what regulation would further cost them. There were several market indicators that unemployment was on the rise, yet it seemed as though the focus in DC was on fighting each other instead of doing what is right for the American people and the private sector.

When I combined the market factors with the knowledge that my current congressman did not represent my values, I said enough is enough. I looked at our current leaders and realized many do not have the business acumen to balance a budget or understand how their actions impact business and unemployment.

My defining moment was actually a response I received from Congressman Johnson. I had sent him a letter, one of many, and expressed my dismay with his embarrassing comments. His response was pretty much “sorry, we’d have to agree to disagree”.

The people of this district need a leader who will unite and bring prosperity back, not seek to divide and ignore the serious issues we face with unemployment, education, and immigration. I am that leader.

HW: Specifically, how do you think your successful background in the world of business will impact your role in Washington?

LC: It brings real world experience and understanding. Less than ten percent of our congressional leaders have owned and operated their own company. When you have never experienced opening and operating your own company, you don’t fully understand how legislation will impact a business owner. When you’ve never negotiated, implemented and managed a multi-million dollar budget, you don’t fully understand that you just can’t keep borrowing or printing money. In the world of private business, I have done more with less by creating efficiencies and enabling people to succeed. I have created jobs in the private sector and that experience is what is needed in DC today.


Small business owners need a voice at the table and I will be that voice. This is important because this is where jobs and new opportunity will come from.


In the private sector, money is not granted without a plan and a solid business case. One has to demonstrate that they can and will get the results from the monies spent. There is accountability, not just handouts.

HW: How does your faith in God affect your everyday life, and how would it affect your legislative decision making?

LC: My faith in God keeps me grounded and has taught me that every individual is important. It has taught me honesty, integrity and being true to oneself. Growing up we read from the bible and studied the history of our Country. I was raised to have faith in God and Patriotism. I believe elected officials should be honest and have integrity. I believe elected officials should NEVER put their personal or religious beliefs in front of the Constitution.


HW: In your opinion, what are the top three issues that need to be addressed in this country today?

LC: Jobs: Putting solutions in place, such as cutting the corporate and payroll tax will speed the recovery of the economy and stem the tidal wave of unemployment. This is the top priority along with expanding small business owners’ access to capitol.


Healthcare: I am the only candidate in this race that read one of the worst written pieces of legislation, the health care bill, and has continued to suggest ways to repeal and replace it. We need patient focused reform that will reduce cost. We need to address the $150 Billion in annual fraud from Medicare and Medicaid. We need to create high-risk pools, allow consumers to buy insurance across state lines and we need tort reform. And I’m not sure what those in Congress who voted “Yes” were thinking, because those who could not afford insurance today – still won’t be able to afford it tomorrow on a tax credit the following year.


Immigration: First and foremost, we must secure all our borders. This is a national security issue and we must know who is coming in and out of our country. Many illegal border crossings include individuals with ties to Al-Qeada.


We must make legal immigration the only option. Those who came here illegally need to return to their home countries and apply from their home countries. Legal immigration is in desperate need of reform – expanding work visas for temporary, seasonal, agricultural and other industries.


Employers must have access to and utilize employee verification that is timely and secure. Last, but certainly not least, we must enforce and enhance penalties for hiring illegal immigrants.


Education: I know you asked for three, but as important is getting the Federal Government out of education.

HW: You are one of the few public figures to openly use the words "Islamic fascism" when referring to the global war on terror. How much of a threat do you feel Islamic extremism poses to America compared to past enemies?

LC: Now is not the time to be more concerned about political correctness than the security of our nation. My personal experience of being on a plane that left Boston between the American Airlines flight 11 and the United Airlines flight 175 changed my life forever. I can’t imagine that anyone on my flight, who saw the jetliner crash into the tower and then had our plane searched while we hoped to land, would feel any different. Islamic extremism and other radical organizations are and will always be a threat to our freedom. Islamic extremism is evidenced most recently by the Ft. Hood shooting and the Christmas Day attempted bombing. Beyond the outright violence, there is a more insidious threat of terrorist being allowed to use our own laws against us.

Tim Daniel of Left Coast Rebel asks: Would you be willing to sign a pledge to repeal the recently passed Health Care bill?

LC: I already have!

Micheal Butler of Proof Positive asks: How do you see the Tenth Amendment being applied today? What would you do to strengthen the Tenth Amenedment?

LC: Our federal government is trampling all over the tenth amendment. The tenth amendment is being largely ignored. We cannot tolerate “cafeteria constitutionalism” where we allow our courts and citizenry to only uphold the amendments they like, or those that support their personal faith or beliefs. The federal government is over-reaching and our states’ rights are being ignored. This situation in Arizona is a good example. The federal government abdicated its responsibility to keep the borders secure, forcing Governor Brewer to enforce it at the state level. This administration has responded by suing Arizona. The best way to keep a right is to exercise it. Social issues, education, and many other important issues need to be legislated on at the state-level.

Reader Floyd Burdett asks: What real and possible actions can be taken to stop the snowball of uncontrolled and unsustainable spending, and future commitments and unreasonable regulations forced on American business and taxpayers?

LC: Implementing zero-based budgeting in every Federal department, auditing congressional spending, creating efficiencies, ending unfunded mandates, creating a free market friendly tax environment, as well as making some unpopular decisions and serious cuts to current programs.

Jesse Jackson's ridiculous take on the LeBron James move to Miami

How in the world is it possible to bring race and politics into the recent LeBron James move? Just ask racebaiter Jesse Jackson, one of the biggest frauds out there today, and a professional buffoon.

Following NBA superstar and free agent LeBron James's announcement on national television that he was moving to the Miami Heat, Cleveland Cavaliers owner Dan Gilbert promptly released a fiery letter to heartbroken Cavs fans ripping James and promised them he would bring an NBA championship to Cleveland without James's help.

You can read the entire letter here, and judge for yourself whether Jesse Jackson's comments I'm about to reveal to you have any validity or not, or whether it's just good old fashioned race riling, and Jackson has so artfully mastered.

In response to the criticism of James attention grabbing media orgy, Jesse Jackson accused Dan Gilbert of viewing LeBron James as a runaway slave and that his comments “personify a slave master mentality”!

Can you believe this rubbish? I sure can, especially coming from a racebaiting kook like Jesse Jackson, a man who has made a career out of spouting sensationalist black entitlement/victimization bullcrap. A man who can see a matter of race embedded within any issue, even one such as this, which has absolutely nothing to do with race at all.

Shame on you Jesse Jackson.

Palestinian mother wishes for ill son to become a suicide bomber...after recovering from treatment by an Israeli doctor.

Now this is just appalling, yet all too commonplace in the barbaric, bloody world of the Palestinian people. Here we have a story of a Palestinian child with a rare disease being treated by Israeli doctors, with operations funded by donations from Israeli citizens. An Israeli filmmaker documents the story, interviewing the mother. Her mindset is bonechilling.


Saving Mohammed Abu-Mustafa


Nevertheless, this idyllic situation developed into a deep crisis that led to the severance of the relations and what appeared to be the end of the filming. From an innocent conversation about religious holidays, Raida Abu Mustafa launched into a painful monologue about the culture of the shahids - the martyrs - and admitted, during the complex transplant process, that she would like to see her son perpetrate a suicide bombing attack in Jerusalem.


"Jerusalem is ours," she declared. "We are all for Jerusalem, the whole nation, not just a million, all of us. Do you understand what that means - all of us?"


She also explained to Eldar exactly what she had in mind. "For us, death is a natural thing. We are not frightened of death. From the smallest infant, even smaller than Mohammed, to the oldest person, we will all sacrifice ourselves for the sake of Jerusalem. We feel we have the right to it. You're free to be angry, so be angry."


And Eldar was angry. "Then why are you fighting to save your son's life, if you say that death is a usual thing for your people?" he lashes out in one of the most dramatic moments in the film.


"It is a regular thing," she smiles at him. "Life is not precious. Life is precious, but not for us. For us, life is nothing, not worth a thing. That is why we have so many suicide bombers. They are not afraid of death. None of us, not even the children, are afraid of death. It is natural for us. After Mohammed gets well, I will certainly want him to be a shahid. If it's for Jerusalem, then there's no problem. For you it is hard, I know; with us, there are cries of rejoicing and happiness when someone falls as a shahid. For us a shahid is a tremendous thing."


That was enough to drain Eldar's motivation and dissolve all the compassion he had felt for Raida and Mohammed.


"It was an absolutely terrible rift," he recalls. "After I saw how intensely she fought for her son's life, I could not accept what she said. I had seen her standing for hours, caressing him, warming him up, kissing him. At the time I also had an infant of Mohammed's age at home. I couldn't understand where it came from in her. I was devastated. It was all so paradoxical, too, because just as she was talking about the shahids, two Jewish women entered the room and brought her toys and a stroller as presents."


Raida's confession was totally at odds with Eldar's perception of her until then: "The whole time I accompanied her, I saw a caring mother who was at her baby's bedside night and day. She didn't eat, she lost weight and she cried. I myself saw to it that she ate. I saw her faint when she was informed there was a small chance her son would get well. I saw her when she was told there was no longer a chance, and she stood there and caressed Mohammed, with tears, as though parting from him.


"So I was unable to explain how on the one hand, she fought for her child's life, but at the same time told me that his life is not precious. I never believed I would hear that from her. That's why I decided to stop shooting. I had come to tell a lovely story, not a story about a mother who destines her son to be a shahid."

When Multiculturalism goes too far.

In 1915, Theodore Roosevelt, regarded by many as the father of progressivism in America addressed the Knights of Columbus saying, "The one absolutely certain way of bringing this nation to ruin, of preventing all possibility of its continuing to be a nation at all, would be to permit it to become a tangle of squabbling nationalities."


Four years later, in a letter to the president of the American Defense Society Roosevelt wrote...

We should insist that if the immigrant who comes here does in good faith become an American and assimilates himself to us he shall be treated on an exact equality with every one else, for it is an outrage to discriminate against any such man because of creed or birth-place or origin.


But this is predicated upon the man's becoming in very fact an American and nothing but an American. If he tries to keep segregated with men of his own origin and separated from the rest of America, then he isn't doing his part as an American. There can be no divided allegiance here. . . We have room for but one language here, and that is the English language, for we intend to see that the crucible turns our people out as Americans, of American nationality, and not as dwellers in a polyglot boarding-house; and we have room for but one soul loyalty, and that is loyalty to the American people.
Now compare these words of absolute truth to the disgusting and pointless ramblings of Jimmy Carter...

"We become not a melting pot but a beautiful mosaic. Different people, different beliefs, different yearnings, different hopes, different dreams."


How nice. It just makes me feel all fuzzy inside. I think I feel a tear.

Teddy Roosevelt got it right, 100%. Yet, somehow something tells me his vision for a diverse yet unified America, with an emphasis on Americanism, is failing miserably.

"...not as dwellers in a poly-got boarding house." I'm afraid that is a perfect way to describe much of America today. Too many immigrants, legal and illegal, come to this country and view themselves not as an American but simply as a guest. They have no desire to become an American. They want nothing to do with America. We have America's second largest city that could easily pass as a Mexican city. Is this a good thing? Those on the left would say yes. It is what makes America great, being tolerant and acceptant of all walks of life. But in their drunken stupor, they fail to realize the lingering danger to American ideals.

I agree wholeheartedly that the greatness of America is the idea that all walks of life are welcome here, to live, breathe, prosper, and pursue happiness within our borders. BUT, as Teddy Roosevelt said, that comes with the requirement that you must assimilate into our culture. Why is this so hard to comprehend for some?

Based on the opinions of the leftists I've talked to, assimilation is a virtual non issue. For the life of me I don't know why. It's as if they view our country in terms of ideology and not tangible definitions such as language, borders, and culture as Micheal Savage put it. But then again, should we expect anything less from those whose entire world view is driven by the dangerous philosophy of universal relativism?

What's worse than the uber relativist leftists who lick the backend of the ungrateful immigrant class? The ungrateful immigrant class themselves. How do I know they are ungrateful? I know some of them. And I've debated countless illegal immigrants online. They view America as an evil nation, emphasize our dark points of history (slavery, Native American genocide), wish for the dissolving of our borders, view all Americans as fat, lazy, slobs, put their native nationality before ours, fly their native flags, and want to see us lose the wars overseas among other things.

Yet, they live here and partake in the wonderful opportunity that America has to offer on a daily basis.

Would these be the "dwellers of a poly-got boarding house"/"tangle of squabbling nationalities" as Theodore Roosevelt put it? Without a doubt yes. This picture is a perfect illustration of that...



Now a typical left wing Democrat would have you believe people like myself and all other conservatives are cold hearted, bigoted, and "anti immigrant" as they so often like to say. Nothing could be further from the truth. We just don't like that "mosaic" Jimmy Carter was talking about because more and more it's looking not like a mosaic but a splatter of dog doo doo on a canvas. Then again liberal contemporary artists would say that's wonderful art. Oh boy here we go with the relativist thing again...

Look, diversity and multiculturalism are a great thing. Having different cultures and traditions within our great nation make us unique. It's why so many people are drawn to America. But those who so dearly want to come here should view themselves as an American first, not second.

We should see more of this...
And less of this...

Democrats and liberals need to quit bending over backwards to this enemy within. They are an enemy both to America and to America loving immigrants. Quit bowing down to the idol of multiculturalism. America comes first!

Unruly mob takes over downtown Philly after 4th of July celebration

"Unruly crowd" forms after 4th of July celebration

As the crowds cleared for the night, a chaotic scene erupted on South Broad Street, near City Hall. Viewer video, obtained exclusively by Action News, shows an unruly crowd of young people flooded into the streets. Police rushed to the scene.

Jay Ingersoll captured the home video. Jay explains to Action News, "We left the fireworks probably not even five minutes into [the show]... and we left and we walked down Chestnut Street. And we got to 15th and Chestnut and we heard 'Flash mob, flash mob, flash mob!'"

He said he saw fights breaking out, people getting punched as police moved in to try and make arrests.

I knew it was almost, if not all, entirely black before I even watched the video. Why is this? Is it because I hate black people? Of course not. Just today I listened to the marvelous Herman Cain sub for Sean Hannity while washing my car. He thrashed an ignorant caller who compared blacks who respect Thomas Jefferson to Jews who respect Hitler. There are plenty of level headed, civil black folks out there. But why, why on earth are the inner city blacks so violent? It's evident in every urban area in America. Is it genetic? Is it environment? It's something that needs to be addressed in this country. Urban thuggery like this is ruining the black race in America whether you want to believe it or not. Someone must say it. Where are the Bill Cosbys and Thomas Sowells today? Instead we have the likes of Barack Obama and Lil Wayne.

She looks good. Real good. In comparison, here is Little's foe, Democrat Frank Pallone, getting lambasted by his constituents at a townhall last summer for replying to a question about how in the world government can run the health care system if they can't even run Medicare and Medicaid by saying Medicare and Medicaid are doing just fine...

Little in name and stature, but big in heart, and a lover of the Constitution above all else! Anna Little ran away with the vote this week taking 42% while reaching out to Ten Buck Friday's voters!

Well even if there isn't a birth certificate, I guess that doesn't matter!

Being an American "is not a matter of blood or birth" says King Obama. Then what defines being an American may I ask? Is that why Article Two, Section 1, Clause 5 of the United States Constitution says that candidates for President must be born in America? Well I guess the birther debate is a moot point according to Barack's logic.

Barack Obama deeply wants to legalize the 12-20 million illegal immigrants who live in America. He believes they are Americans just like anyone else. He also knows they are a jackpot of votes.

Giving his address of support to the nation's illegal immigrant population at American University (how ironic), the boy king also made a few other idiotic statements.

Speaking at the American University School of International Service in Washington D.C., Obama expressed an understanding for why states would pass individual anti-illegal immigration laws, but said taking such action is “ill conceived.”

The president said laws, such as the one signed by Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer in April, are “divisive,”
(Dividing whom? American citizens and illegal immigrants? Hispanics and non hispanics? Illegal immigrant supporters and illegal immigrant detractors? Who is the real culprit? All laws are "divisive".) put pressure on local law enforcement, burden state and local budgets (LOL! Concern for budgets? That gave me a good laugh.) and could potentially violate the rights of innocent American citizens and legal residents. (Being asked to show identification is a violation of rights?)

“Ultimately, our nation, like all nations, has the right and obligation to control its borders and set laws for residency and citizenship,” he said. (THEN DO IT!)


This is so typical of the Barack mantra. Stand up high on the pedestal and blame everyone else for a problem you failed to even look at. Oh, and of course say words contrary to the Constitution. His words must sound like music to illegals' ears.
