Get this latest progressive cockamamie, where Matthews weasels his way into the Weinergate scandal. Instead of criticizing the DEMOCRATIC congressman who sent photos of his penis to multiple women online, Matthews insults Christian conservatives who are "backwards" because they feel he was wrong to do so.
"This is, to me, the stakes here. If he stays, they never get the leadership back. They never get the Speakership back because the people in the rural areas of this country who are Christian conservative culturally - you can say backward if you want - but they don't like this kind of stuff at all. They're not part of that 56 percent in Brooklyn and Queens who say, 'okay, we can live with this guy'."
What is this? Is this for real? Oh you bet it is. Moral relativism is a dominant pillar in the ideology of the progressives. The real culprits are those backwoods, redneck, Nascar loving, gun toting, bible thumping hillbillies who didn't make it past the first grade, eat nothing but grits and chew tobacco. How dare they believe in morals and virtue instead of the enlightened Brooklyn and Queens liberals!
Progressives are a different breed entirely.

Spot on. As you said, moral relativism is the driving force behind liberals' agenda. And how dare the conservatives have an opinion based on morals. It amazes me how the right is accused of being so narrow-minded and yet the liberals are just as narrow-minded if not moreso with their embrace of tolerance and no moral absolutes. This country seems swiftly headed in a no-turning-back direction.
