Burning Q'urans in Florida. Where are the first amendment leftists?

I will start off with this. I in no way condone what this church is doing. I think it is the wrong way of going about it and I don't think it will accomplish anything except to add fuel to an already burning inferno.

That said, I'd like to point out that I find it hilariously funny, and all too typical, of the reaction from not just the left, but everybody. Here we have this little known hillbilly Christian church planning to make a statement on the anniversary of 9/11 by burning the Islamic Q'uran. And like clockwork, because it is a Christian church, we have a tidal wave of objection coming from every which way. Eric Holder, Hillary Clinton, David Petraeus, Bloomberg, Gibbsy, Angelina Jolie, The Vatican. Everyone is eager to voice their opinion on how hateful and intolerant and *gasp* extremist this church is. Maybe so. But where are all you left wingers now to shout to the world of the wonderful freedoms of the 1st amendment like you so often do? You do it for those who burn the flag. You do it for those that spit on the Bible. You do it for those that want to build a victory mosque over sacred ground. You do it for militant homosexual rights protesters, terrorist detainees, convicted murderers, and illegal immigrants who openly criticize this nation. Where are the rights of this church to burn the Q'uran? Have they none just because they are Christian? If this was a group of atheists burning Bibles it would be "free speech". What a joke.

Like I said earlier, I don't think this is good strategy, but I see absolutely nothing wrong with burning a book that inspires hate and breeds actions that slaughter thousands of innocent people worldwide. It should be done more often.

MSNBC's The Grio: Perpetuating the Racial Divide

The other day I saw a TV commercial for an all black news website sponsored by MSNBC called 'The Grio'. Should I be surprised at this racially exclusive buffoonery coming from the victimized black community? Certainly not. It's all too common in our current time.

And what is a grio you ask? According to them, it is "a storyteller in Western Africa who maintains the oral tradition and history of a village or family".

To decent, fairminded, sensible blacks out there, I feel for you. How the black community cannot take this as a blatant insult is beyond me.

This is tomfoolery of the highest degree, absolutely and without question.

Every day it seems we hear the infantile screams of raaaaacism from the left towards the right. Or from the left towards anyone who does not adopt their principles of governance. When in reality, the vast majority of racial division is generated from the left! The above website is a prime example. We can throw the NAACP, BET, Black Caucus, United Negro College Fund, etc in there as well.

Minorities in this country have free reign to do whatever they want when it comes to race. Why? More people should stand up and call out the black community for this nonsense. If they really want unity and equality then they will quit acting like immature children, man up, and consider themselves equal among other colors of people instead of constantly climbing up into the tree house and saying "no girls allowed!".

It's an absolute disgrace when a person of European decent cannot say even the slightest word of praise for their color but for people with darker skin it is actually encouraged by our society. Not only is it wrong, but its hurtful to black in my opinion.

You know what I get from this? Much like affirmative action, to me this is like telling a child they are "special" and require extra attention in class and elsewhere. That's all it is.

Long Island Man Arrested For Defending Home With AK-47

George Grier said he had to use his rifle on Sunday night to stop what he thought was going to be an invasion of his Uniondale home by a gang he thought might have been the vicious “MS-13.” He said the whole deal happened as he was about to drive his cousin home.


“I went around and went into the house, ran upstairs and told my wife to call the police. I get the gun and I go outside and I come into the doorway and now, by this time, they are in the driveway, back here near the house. I tell them, you know, ‘Can you please leave?’ Grier said.
Grier said the five men dared him to use the gun; and that their shouts brought another larger group of gang members in front of his house.


“He starts threatening my family, my life. ‘Oh you’re dead. I’m gonna kill your family and your babies. You’re dead.’ So when he says that, 20 others guys come rushing around the corner. And so I fired four warning shots into the grass,” Grier said.


Grier was later arrested.

I am the owner of an AK-47. And by golly if a gang storms my house there will be shots fired, and it won't be in the grass!

Addicted to the screen, the current generation's infatuation with texting

The current generation of young people, of which I am a part, has become so relationally poor and detached, that texting someone through a cell phone has taken the place of actually conversing with someone face to face.

What is it with people and the obsession with talking to people indirectly as opposed to directly? Are we unable anymore to socialize with others in person? Have people become so anti social that they do not possess the skills necessary to actually speak face to face?

You know what really gets me? Teens and young adults alike spend most of their day sending text messages to their friends and significant others instead of actually talking to them. They text, text, text, set up get togethers, plan parties, and make dates...THEN, when they actually get to said social gathering/date they take their little box of all knowing wisdom with a screen (thats a cell phone for those of you that are slow) and text people the whole time while they should be having fun with the people they are actually, ummm, WITH!


It's insanity. Go out in public. Better yet, go to a college campus. Or a high school. Or even a popular young person's hangout. You will see what appear to be walking zombies, with one outstretched arm holding the all knowing screen of wisdom, eyes glues to it, fingers typing away as if they are trying to break some secret code that will save all of humanity. Many times there are headphones in the ears, so as to separate the zombies even more from reality. What's an even bizarre sight than seeing the walking zombies with the magic screens? Seeing three or four of them sitting together on a park bench or at a dinner table at a restaurant all with heads pointed down, gazing into their screens, texting away, and not paying any attention to each other. Many times, they actually send these text messages to each other, instead of actually tilting their brainwashed head upwards, making eye contact with that person across the table or next to them, opening their mouth, and using their voicebox to construct words and sentences to carry out verbal communication.

Even funnier, is when someone feels like they are in an awkward situation, or gets uncomfortable around people they instinctively pull out their phone, flip it open, and actually pretend to text someone to ease the tension, as if this makes them any cooler, or more sociable. This is especially prevalent in girls.

I think it's totally disgusting to be honest. And it's an indication of a generation brought up on screens (TV, video games, internet). Just wait. In 30 years, children won't even know how to talk anymore.

Obamastruction. A wonderful use of taxpayer money.

Obama's stimulus package of 2009 was probably the single largest waste of money by the federal government in American history. Not only has it not helped the economy and barely made a dent in unemployment numbers, it has funded some of the most idiotic, useless projects I have ever seen.

I see this on a daily basis. Obama stimulus money has gone towards redoing our main highway here in town for a 20 mile stretch for the past 4 months. The road was perfectly fine before. But hey, it's giving people jobs, right? (jobs that will vanish once the stimulus money dries up.) Not only is the main drag under constant construction, nearly every single road is being torn up, repaved, and repainted for absolutely no other reason than to give people temporary jobs that will supposedly bolster the economy.

I am sick and tired of driving 45 everywhere I go, passing by half asleep people standing there holding orange SLOW signs and knowing that person makes 20 dollars an hour to do a meaningless job. Pure idiocy. Has anyone ever thought that maybe you could stick the sign in a hole and leave it? No, that would mean implementing common freaking sense.

So, I cannot go anywhere these days without putting along at 45, moseying on by people doing useless jobs with my money. Then, I get clever (or so I think) and decide to take a backroad to avoid the pointless Obamastruction.

Well boy was I wrong. Even the cottonpicking backroads are under construction here, with crews laying down gravel over a perfectly adequate surface. Of course the much glorified "American Recovery and Reinvestment  Act" signs are there proclaiming Obama's tender love and care for all to see.

But, what I saw today really took the cake. I was up in Aurora, IL today, a suburb of our great king's hometown, when I saw a patch of newly planted grass no bigger than 10 feet by 10 feet along the side of the road. What got my attention? There was an "American Recovery and Reinvestment Act" sign right there next to it. Now if that isn't utter insanity then I don't know what is. Yours truly meant to get a picture as I'm sure this image could easily go viral but traffic was too thick.

There you go America. This is how the government spends your money to supposedly "help" you. $10,000 for a sign that tells you who is planting a patch of freaking grass.

Well done, Democrats. Well done indeed.

Maryland health officials have ordered two doctors to stop performing abortions after a woman was critically injured during a procedure last month.
The state Board of Physicians ordered Dr. Steven Brigham to stop practicing medicine without a license in Maryland and suspended the license of Dr. Nicola Riley. Police raided one of Brigham's offices in Elkton looking for medical records, and found dozens of late-term fetuses in a freezer at a clinic.

I find myself sitting here just wondering, could modern day society become any more backwards? Here we have two doctors whose practice is destroying human life and they are only reprimanded when a mother is injured.

It disgusts me. Abortion is a vile practice. I believe in limited government but I also believe in a moral government whose job and obligation it is to protect its people. This is how the Founding Fathers viewed the "perfect" government. It was John Adams who said that our Constitution was only created for a moral and religious people.

In this case, I believe it is our government's duty to outlaw this despicable practice, for the sake of both the unborn and the lives of the mothers. It is proven fact that women who have abortions become severely damaged psychologically and in this case, physical harm can take place as well.

Why is such an abomination allowed in our society? We are supposed to be a loving, civilized people. Yet every year millions of unborn humans are wiped from existence in our country under the name of "choice", and young women destroyed mentally in the process.

Let me ask you something. What if your mother had "aborted" you?

CAIR launches ad campaign to counter NY mosque protests

Muslim-Americans launch PR initiatives, promote Sept. 11 as day of national service

In an effort to push back against negative views of Islam and Muslims, grassroots Muslim groups are launching a series of initiatives to convey to non-Muslim-Americans that they are also Americans.


The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) released a series of advertisements today that will run on national television, clearly intended to counter some of the furor over the proposed mosque near Ground Zero. In one spot, a New York firefighter who was a first responder after the Sept. 11 attacks talks about losing a loved one before announcing that he is a Muslim.

Blaaaah, blaaaah, blaaaah, blaaaah. First off, terrorism funding CAIR has no credibility, therefore anything they say I automatically dismiss. Second, I'm sick and tired of Muslims playing the freaking victim! I'm sick of it! These victimized Muslims need to get their collective head out of their you know what and try and think of it from the other side.

This should not even be an issue. Everyone babbles on about freedom of religion and infringement of rights and various other tidbits of totally irrelevant information.

Mr. Left Wing....Mr. Muslim...Mr. Idiot, get something through your head. This isn't about freedom of religion! It is about respect, decency, and common freaking sense!

I seriously question the motive of these Muslims. Do they not realize that the very spot they plan to build their mosque was a place where thousands of people were massacred DIRECTLY from actions committed in the name of their religion? This is utter insanity.

I don't need a front group full of crooks and cronies and terrorist sympathizers to try to convince me that Muslims are Americans too. I know already know that. We all do. We all openly acknowledge that there are plenty of decent Muslim Americans out there. We aren't disputing this so quit forcing the issue.

What we do have a problem with? Blatant disrespect and disregard for the events on September 11th. Islam was the sole perpetrator and to say otherwise is ignorance of the highest order. Do I condemn the entire religion and all Muslims? YES. Read the Q'uran and learn a thing or two. Study the life of Mohammad (piss be upon him). Learn about how this "religion" was spread in its early days and just how eerily similar the actions of Muslims worldwide today are to those of Mohammad and his gang of thugs. Learn about the sexual incentives Muhammad offered so that men would follow him. Islam is evil to the core and I will never cease to attack it.

The image of people jumping to their deaths from those burning towers will never leave my mind. It was perhaps the most horrifying piece of news footage from the attack. Thousands of innocent people were burned alive, asphyxiated, and crushed to nothing because some Muslims wanted to serve their God.

And now 9 short years later Muslims (peaceful of course, har har) expect us to have no problems with them building a Muslim mosque right next to the very place where so many perished horribly in the name of their cult years before. I don't care if it's two blocks away! It's disrespectful, PERIOD and if you sit here and try to tell me that I, as an American, should have no problem with a mosque being built there, then you are no better than the Muslims themselves who plan to desecrate that ground with their presence.

Unfortunately there are many misled people out there following the cult of Islam. Are they bad people? No. And I surely don't hate them. But I do hate their ideology and I think others should educate themselves on it instead of spewing forth countless platitudes of love and tolerance and diversity. Those are all code words for bullcrap.

No, I will not bow down to political correctness. And I'm not going to throw away my common sense and decency to satisfy the lamebrained pleasures of the left. I oppose this mosque. I will continue to oppose it. And I will support anyone else who opposes it, including any common sense Muslims who see just how wrong it is.

This little man with the girly voice and feminine posture took it upon himself to attend both Al Sharpton and Glenn Beck's rallies that day.

He interviewed people at Sharpton's rally like this man, and had not a word of objection.



There stands Mr. Liberal Girly Man, behind his microphone and camera, nodding in smug approval while an ignorant man trashes the Patriots of the Revolution. Unbelievable. (Compare the above video to this one, where he continues to interrupt and challenge a mild mannered guy who tries to have a civilized discussion with him about Social Security...)

Along he goes to the Restoring Honor Rally.

"I'm going to catch some of these hateful, racist, white Teabaggers!" he says to himself.

And then he gets bitchslapped by an educated woman about the Ground Zero mosque. And after that, he gets his ass handed to him by this guy...

Moral of the story? Liberalism is a metal disorder, period. And all liberals can do to argue a point is stutter and run around like a chicken with their head cut off. Why? Because their viewpoints are hollow, their logic thin, and their grasp on reality non existent!
