THUD: Obama speech falls flat.

Obama needed a memorable moment to break the race open and he didn't do it. I thought he would, and I am a little surprised he didn't deliver the speech of his life.

1) In 1967, while serving as a missionary in Nantes, France, Mitt Romney, then 19, was involved in a fight while trying to defend two women from a team of French rugby players. After being alerted to the situation inside his dorm, Romney immediately ran outside barefoot in the snow to where the 2 women were being harassed. Romney ended up getting punched in the face and suffered a badly bruised jaw.

2) In 2010, Mitt Romney got into a physical and verbal altercation with LMFAO rapper Sky Blu while on a flight from the Winter Olympics in Vancouver to Los Angeles. According to reports, Sky Blue leaned his first class seat back onto Mrs. Romney's legs, prompting Mitt Romney to loudly ask him to lean his seat back forward. Sky Blu stated Romney first grabbed his shoulder while a Romney spokesman claimed Sky Blue had become "physically violent". Canadian authorities boarded the plane and removed Sky Blu from the flight.

French police found the other driver at fault in the accident.

Romney also hired a private detective, established a toll free hotline for tips, contacted all of Bain Capital's business partners in the city and coordinated with the NYPD. Not long after, a call came in which police traced to a basement in New Jersey where the 14 year old girl was found shivering and in deteriorating health from a massive drug overdose. Doctors stated she might not have survived another day. Said Robert Gay, "It was the most amazing thing and I'll never forget it till the day I die."

At the Republican National Convention, Ted and Pat Oparowski recalled the relationship between Mitt Romney and their terminally ill son, David Oparowski, who was undergoing treatment in the hospital. "They developed a loving friendship," Pat Oparowski said. David, knowing Romney was a lawyer, requested Mitt write down his will. He also wanted Mitt to pronounce his eulogy. Romney honored both requests, and was reported to have visited David Oparowski many times in the hospital before his death.

9) Before accepting the position of CEO for the 2002 Winter Olympics, Mitt Romney stated he would not accept any salary or severance pay for the job unless the event made a profit. After reversing the financially troubled Games' debt to a profit, he donated his entire earnings and severance pay to charity.

10) In 2006, Mitt Romney, along with sons Josh and Craig, rescued six people and a dog on Lake Winnipesaukee after the family's boat sank some 300 yards from shore. According to Josh Romney, he and his brother Craig were cleaning the beach that night while Mitt was tinkering in the garage when they heard screams coming from the lake. After seeing the bobbing heads of the capsized family, Josh and Craig immediately jumped on their jetski with Mitt following close behind on the other jetski. The three Romneys plucked the struggling family members, 3 men and 3 women, from the water while making trips back and forth to and from the beach. Mitt Romney himself took a tumble into the water when a frantic victim tipped over his jetski while trying to climb aboard. All 6 people and the dog were safely transported back to dry land.

Democrats: "Government is the only thing we all belong to!" FOUNDING FATHERS RESPOND

They don't even try and hide it anymore.

 

I want you to ponder those words. Do you and I "belong" to the government? Further, is that ALL we belong to? That is a bleak and downright scary prospect, and it is even scarier that Democrats peddle the idea on the national stage without fear. When politicians, right or left, feel that the citizenry "belong" to the government as subjects like medieval serfdom, then there is a serious problem in this country.

The Founding Fathers had a few words to say about big government's power over the people. Read what they have to say and then ask yourself if they would agree with the Democrats' assumption that "The Government is the only thing we all belong to."

Did I mention that Obama is Jesus?

You see, this type of cult figure worship only goes one way. It comes from the left and has been since 1917. While conservatives tend to worship America and American ideals, liberals partake in the worship of Obama and Obama ideals. The DNC Convention logo, which fails to display any American symbolism, but only Obama symbolism says it all. As already noted in a previous post, the DNC Convention logo represents the Obama logo, and a figure of a red Obama surrounded my loving red subjects. 

The Stalinist and Leninist parallels are plain as day and it isn't a coincidence. 

2016 Movie Review

Yesterday my family and I saw 2016: Obama's America. We loved it (and hated it!). The movie was well made and well narrated, and lays out a comprehensive argument in easy to understand terms.

Immediately as we approached the theater in the parking lot, an older couple in their 60s perhaps, could be overheard with looks of anguish as they passed us by. Shaking his head, the older gentleman said, "He can't win again." We all looked at each other and knew they had just come out of a screening of 2016. Close behind the couple was a single old woman with a sense of urgency in both her face and walk. She saw us and immediately beelined towards us saying, "You have GOT to see 2016!" We told her we were and she ranted and raved to us for a few minutes about the movie, Obama, and the importance of voting before we finally got inside the theater. Perhaps all the Mediscaring tactics aren't working after all?

We attended a 1:30 in the afternoon showing and the theater was still moderately full. Looking around, most attendees were middle aged couples and senior citizens, and a few younger adults here and there. And all white. That didn't surprise me.

The movie was not entertaining. The information is repulsive and frightening, but it was information I already knew. The movie was produced very well, with purposeful narrating by Dinesh accompanied by a solid soundtrack. If anything, I am glad the facts are now out there for the general population. I am glad names like Frank Marshall Davis and Bill Ayers are now more well known to open minded people.

I don't expect liberals or staunch Democrat voters to want to see or care about this documentary. It contains too many uncomfortable facts about their anointed Comrade. The movie deserves and demands your respect and your willingness to accept and learn little known facts with an open mind, so that automatically disqualifies three quarters of the Democrat base. Those Democrats who would take something away from this are the older conservative blue dog Dems and I know many of them have already seen this.

2016 has already grossed nearly 20 million dollars, stunning the Hollywood elite with its amazing success. Why? 2016 had little to no promotional budget and relied on the power of small media and word of mouth to become popular. That says a lot about the current political climate.

Gingrich throws down and makes Gregory, Brokaw and Friedman sound like bumbling idiots. Notice the crickets chirping after his blunt affirmation of Obama's record on late term abortion.




It is absurdly and shamefully shocking that no liberals, not even Tom Brokaw, will stand up and say partial birth abortion is wrong! Like one commenter noted, they would mass murder millions to further their agenda in the same way Mao and Pol Pot did. But the sad fact is....they already are.

Romney, GOP in solid shape after convention.

Before the Republican Convention last week, there was a consensus amongst the conservative punditry that the Republican ticket was faltering and in jeopardy because of Todd Akin. While the media, and both conservatives and liberals, ran the Akin story to death, Romney dipped noticeably in the polls. Double trouble approached while the Akin narrative was being vomited all over the national stage, when Hurricane Isaac began to approach from the Gulf just as the Republican Convention had kicked off.

Isaac missed Tampa much to the chagrin of the left, and made landfall in Louisiana, but it didn't come close to the catastrophe Katrina was, despite the liberal media giving themselves a hemorrhoid trying to push out that story. As Isaac is old news, so is Akin, but Obama and the left will still try and run with that one, and you probably won't stop hearing his name from now until election day from the Obama camp. They'd rather talk about him than the failing economy. I don't blame them.

Akin and Isaac gave Obama a boost pre convention. Romney got a boost post convention.

Today Romney is ahead 4 points according to Rasmussen, and the Real Clear Politics aggregate is now down to Obama +0.1. Romney is now ahead 2 points in Florida. The latest PPP poll in Missouri shows the "unelectable" Akin down by a mere point against Claire McCaskill. And a number that should excite conservatives the most...Rasmussen reports the largest number of people in America identifying themselves as Republican since the polling source began tracking this number in 2002.

Expect the Democrats to even the odds after their convention this week. And don't forget, the next morning after Obama gives his acceptance speech, the new jobs report comes out. Perfect timing!

The liberals were wetting their pants in glee when it looked like "God is sending Hurricane Isaac straight to Tampa". Hurricane Isaac missed Tampa and walloped the Democrat stronghold of New Orleans again. 

I guess God did this too!

Fanatical Obama lovers created a creepy looking sand sculpture of Barack Obama outside the Democrat Convention in Charlotte, North Carolina. They even had it covered to protect it from rain. But this rain came horizontally and pelted the false idol from the side. Ha!

This type of behavior should be disturbing to all. Just like the creepy new Democrat Convention logo, which features a figure of Obama surrounded by loyal followers, this is nothing less than cult figure worship. Today's modern day liberals would do Lenin proud. 

Media Bias Covering the 2012 Republican Convention (PHOTOS)

The 2012 GOP Convention is over and I have spent the entire week monitoring the reporting of every media outlet I could find. I scoured the web for ridiculous bias and it wasn't hard to find. As expected, the coverage of the Republican Convention was revolting and overtly partisan, with media personalities from all networks and outlets shamelessly expressing, both directly and indirectly, their liberal contempt for Republicans and Romney-Ryan ticket.

A few standouts before we get in to the photo essay:
-Before the convention started, both Andrea Mitchell and Chuck Todd of NBC News exclaimed in separate incidents that "the shadow of Bush and Katrina" was hanging over the GOP Convention. 
-Chris Matthews of MSNBC completely went unhinged, first launching a race baiting tirade against Reince Priebus then claiming that the GOP speakers mentioning the word "Chicago" was coded racism.
-David Chalian of Yahoo News was fired after being caught on camera saying, "the Romneys are happy to party while black people drown". 
-MSNBC's coverage of the convention deliberately and conveniently shielded viewers from seeing any Republican minority on stage, axing coverage of speeches given by Mia Love, Artur Davis, Ted Cruz and others.
-ABC News covered less than two minutes of Condoleeza Rice's speech, conveniently choosing to broadcast a Hurricane Isaac update at that very time.
-Of all the networks I watched, PBS was by far the worst with the panel headed by Mark Shields and Gwen Ifill. They literally picked apart every single speech given like vultures and interrogated at length every Republican interviewed by the panel during the course of the week. Maybe they don't like the idea of being out a job when Republicans cut taxpayer funding for PBS!
