Well I gave in. Today was meant to be a day off but this topic is just too juicy.
I had seen this video of Katy Perry on Sesame Street a few days ago...
Until today I had thought this was a parody! Turns out this was supposed to be an actual segment of the show aired on PBS. Am I surprised the producers of Sesame Street would invite a scantily clad prostitute onto their show to "entertain" our children? Not in the least. This show loves to inject politics and other messages into their seemingly innocent storyline.
Take for instance this jab at Fox News...
Or how about this little piece of Globalist propaganda...
PBS owns Sesame Street. That should say enough right there.
Wow, this is truly very sad. I grieve for kids at this point! Thanks for the post.
ReplyDeleteIt's a slippery slope, my friend. And it's getting more and more slippery all the time.
ReplyDeletenormally I might not get my panties all in a wad but since they are reportedly taking off the cookie monster and replacing him with the veggie monster and the grouch is going away...not sure what they intend to replace him with....but now this? shaking my head, just not worth it.
ReplyDeleteIn all honesty I have not liked the show since the 70's...and elmo? SS really messed up inviting the likes of Rosie O'Donnell on the show...after that I didn't care to have it on at all for the kids.
last I knew, I am the one who purchases all the outfits my child ever wears...which means regardless of what trash my daughter ever saw on the streets or television...it was impossible for her to emulate ...unless I as her mother decided to purchase slutty clothes for her. (which of course I did NOT)
so if our nation of children decide to start running around dressed like little hoochie mommas with near bare breasted mini-dresses...we can look to non other than the mothers of those girls and lay the lack of responsibility at their feet...not Sesame Street or PBS....
